My experience with Ultimate Staffing was not what youd expect - I did not walk in and get a job like most people think staffing agencies work - but it was one of the best experiences Ive had. I met with one of the recruiters, talked to them about my background and experience, then did a video interview (which I loved). Then the process began, it was at least a weekly check in with the recruiter I was working with and a conversation regarding open positions. After a few weeks opportunity came up for a temporary position which was not in my field but was a good opportunity for income while I found something permanent. It was through the special relationship that Ultimate Staffing had with the company that opened the door to the temporary position that eventually led to a permanent one. It was a great experience working with Ultimate Staffing, anytime I had a question theyre very open and honest as well as friendly. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Ultimate Staffing off and on since 2010. They are always willing to help and willing to find the right position for you. Earlier this year I lost a position I had for the last 3 years. I called Desiree and to my surprise she is now a manager and not a recruiter, well she connected me Oren and what I really like about him is that he will keep you in mind and when something comes across his desk he wont hesitate to call you late at night, do an interview over the phone and have you start the next day. I am very happy with the position they found for me and so are the employers. This guys deal with all kinds of companies from a small business to major corporations so they always have good choices....Biggest mistake I couldve made ....was goona be not to call them and let them know I was looking for work...to be honest I think it was too quick and they had me working right away....Thanks Ultimate Staffing .... :)

I worked with Ultimate Staffing for six months and I was extremely satisfied. I travel a lot and have worked with several different temp agencies and found my experience with Ultimate to be one of the best. They really understood what kind of work I needed and regularly offered me opportunities. They were also extremely understanding when an assignment didnt work out. I never felt pressured to accept assignments, and they continually offered me placements, even if I had rejected one previously. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly, but I felt most comfortable with my contact, Oren, who was easy to communicate with and regularly checked in on me. Ultimate is a really agency to use when you are looking for fulltime work but still need a little income while you search. I would recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Ultimate Staffing Services: I was contacted by Shayla Olsen, the Enterprise Relationship Manager via email. I set up an interview with Kat, and showed up 15 minutes early as is common courtesy. I was directed by the receptionist to wait in a room for someone to meet with me. I waited nearly 40 minutes, before I had to leave in time for another interview. I was contacted again by Shayla, promising that Kat would reach out for a follow up meeting, which never arrived. Given that this was a staffing agency, I was appalled at the lack of courtesy and respect I received as a valuable candidate. Update: I was contacted by Desiree to personally meet with me, and amend the situation. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3.

My recruiter rushed me through the job process without real consideration of my skills. I was placed in a very boring job not fit for someone with my experience and grade point average. I was also not given the necessary paperwork from the rushed beginning, so I had to rush home from the job they just got me to fill it out. Back at work, I exceeded expectations at the job and was promoted within a week, but the company was not well-described to me before I signed on, because only a current employee would understand. I was told it was "old-fashioned" which translated to "sexist" and "limiting" and "filled with people afraid of change." After giving it a month trial period, I began looking for a new job without the staffing agency.

I am very fortunate, I have been on both sides of the placement with Ultimate Staffing. I first began working with Desiree Diaz desperately needing a job, she placed me as a temp with a large company and I worked hard and was hired on perm. Because of the great experience I receive working from this placement I was able to move into a Manager role with a new company and absolutely love it. As the employer I have used Ultimate Staffing Services several times and have no complaints, I completely value the customer service I receive and have referred many others to use Ultimate as well. Desiree Diaz is the very best of them all!

Worst experience ever. I walked into Ultimate three months ago, interviewed and felt good that someone was going to call with a position for me. Three months went by and no one called with anything. When I called up and asked why no one has followed up they said they got rid of a lot of people which means they failed to hand off candidates to other recruiters. I hope no one has to go through what I went through with this company. I am embarrased for them and I will never recommend them to anyone I know.

I used Ultimate Staffing early on in my job search. I found Orem Schmidt extremely helpful, responsive and honest. It was much of his honest, direct feedback that helped me to re-frame some of the points on my resume and hone my approach regarding some of my job search challenges. He also was proactive in looking for temp positions while I was seeking full time permanent work. I wouldnt hesitate to use him or the agency again.

Did not live up to expectations. Fell very short of their promise to find work for me. It has been over 2 months since my last assignment and instead of listening to my concerns about the conditions of the job I was working they let me go. They encourage you to speak up and tell them when something isnt right but then they reprimand you by avoiding/never returning your phone calls. Want a job? Dont stop here.

They do take a while to find you something, unless you get really lucky. Also, the staff is not very nice. I have worked with more than one Ultimate Staffing location and they were both not very nice people to work with. If you decide that something isnt exactly right for you, they make you feel horrible about it. Dont use this agency. Go elsewhere.

Great staffing agency to work with (I have worked with 3) manily focuses on Admin, Reception, Clerical and Customer Service jobs. Offers short term temp work, long term contracts, Temp-2-Hire and Direct Hire positions. Very competitive pay, health benefits available from Day 1.
