Fresh Tracks catered our Wedding reception at Evergreen Lake House and also the night before “Open House” (or rehearsal dinner) in our backyard and at both events the food and catering staff was AMAZING, the experience was fantastic! The owner, Dave, was the first to reach out to me after my website inquiry. He contacted me within 1 business day. We had a phone conversation in which he completely understood my vision of the events and what was needed. After proposal I worked with Sarah who was incredibly organized and detailed and took care of literally everything. After meeting in person with Fresh Tracks for the first time, we knew that we had to have their services. They helped us in creating menu’s that fit our needs for both events and worked with us in developing the exact taste we wanted. I was a bit picky in how I wanted the Fried Chicken to taste and Dave happily worked on the recipe until I was SO happy with the final product. Sarah, Dave and Kelly took care of ALL the details of both events, they worked with a third party for tent, table and all rentals needed to make our back yard Open House perfect. They also worked with the 3rd party for all rentals needed for the wedding- we had high top bar tables, linens and all of this was set up and handled completely by Fresh Tracks. It was so nice not having to worry about any of that knowing I could trust them to take care of everything.They made timelines that were perfect for our needs….We just can’t say enough about how great they are to work with! Fresh Tracks arrived for the Open House to set up linens, the bar and food, and even though they were in our house, they were completely independent and did everything themselves. When the food was out, everyone kept raving about how GREAT it was. Our guests continued to rave about the food many days after! Not only was the food delicious and exactly what we wanted, our chef, manager, bartender and staff were extremely professional and courteous to our guests. They smiled and went the extra mile, which made our guests feel even better about the time they were having at our party. The staff in their downtime even played soccer with my nephew-just going above and beyond in every way! Their clean-up was perfection and they did not leave a trace behind. The day of the wedding, it was an outdoor wedding, it rained….Dave was there with the venue coordinator to discuss options and calm my nerves. They brought me food, drink and words of encouragement until the storm passed. Kelly stood beside me as we waited to walk down the aisle- This catering company is so much more than great food and service, they are great people! Fresh Tracks exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use them again in the future! Our only regret is that we didn’t order excess amounts of food so that we could enjoy leftovers for weeks. We would recommend Fresh Tracks to everyone!

Let me share with both you our true feelings about Fresh Tracks: You are all consummate pros, and we have never been more pleased with a caterer in our lives. Kenyon exhibited his artistry in fine form getting everything prepared ahead of time. It was a joy and a relief for him to take over the kitchen and prepare the spread like he was right at home. He was great. The food was tremendous and everyone could not stop commenting about it. The gnocchi was a smash. Its my personal favorite pasta and one of the best I have ever had. We were completely unprepared for the quality and richness of the cake. I cut and served the thing, skipping the calories for myself. But within minutes, everyone was saying: "Where did you get this cake? Did you make this cake? This cake is incredible. Oh my god, I love this cake." So, of course I had to try it and I concur: phenomenal. Thanks for the extra pounds! I have saved the best for last . . . There was one element that made the party and the experience with Fresh Tracks a raving success above all. And, that element was Kelli. Whatever you are paying her is not nearly enough. I can tell you from cooking and hosting many gatherings, the stress can be overwhelming. In the case of this party, not only was the stress gone, but the tediousness of the event was all removed because of Kellis effort. From the moment she showed up to the moment she left, she worked tirelessly, efficiently and professionally. She took over so many tasks from the critical to the menial and did virtually everything. It was the first party I can ever remember where we could relax and host, all because if something needed to be done, Kelli was on the case. I think she left our house in better condition than she found it. I was in awe of a person who worked that hard and was that willing to handle anything that needed to be done. As a business person with a staff over 100, I can personally attest to the difficulty in finding and retaining great people. Kelli does the one thing any company could hope for: she makes your company look good and represents you like any owners would represent themselves. She is one of your greatest assets. Your menu shines and we want to try more items, but if anyone ever asked, wed have to say the greatest part of catering with Fresh Tracks is Kelli. I feel so fortunate to have found you guys online. You had me at gnocchi, fried chicken and waffles. You will always have my unwavering recommendation because of the quality of your people. Great job, and thank you.

Forty foodies walk into Chief Hosa Lodge in Golden Colorado on a gorgeous Feb. 21, 2016 late afternoon for a celebration of marriage, food and drink. I had envisioned for my wedding a gathering of our closest friends and family in a beautiful setting in the mountains. Fresh Tracks and Sarah Bogden were a major part of the success at the center of our perfect night. From the day I met her, Sarah was easy to work with. She has excellent suggestions, expertise and appreciated my ideas. She handled everything with ease; from linens to flavored waters, proposals to presentation. She is prompt, amiable and has a professional easy manner. My guests commented over and over how seamless the service was and how the staff was almost invisible, yet all their needs were promptly met. We are a mostly mature crowd in experience and tastes and we wanted to treat our guests to a wonderful intimate experience. At the heart of our party was our expression of our love for one another and treating our guests to a delicious feast on all levels. The experience was magical and I have to credit the amazing vendors I was blessed to have coordinated. Under Sarah’s direction it was seamless and most delicious! “Kudos to the Chef”, “This meal is to die for”, “Tastes like a restaurant meal”, “No way is this catered”, “I need the recipe for the Brie stuffed chicken”, “Please give me the name for this caterer”, “What herbs do you think they used on the roasted vegetables?” “I went back for thirds”, “The caramel sauce at the cheesecake bar is addictive” ... I could go on and on with the comments. The presentation from cocktail hour through the cheese cake bar was beyond my expectations. My other vendors even commented on their meals that Fresh Tracks boxed and served them! I was so glad I was able to take home some of this amazing meal to savor again. Great taste! From start to finish, from the food to the service, we couldn’t have asked for more. Trust Fresh Tracks to do what they do best…everything! A special shout out to chef Dave Pruett, Bartender Kyle, all servers and staff and to the amazing Sarah that made our event so seamless and magical. Victoria Parmentier-Bride
