Used them for my daughter Quince.. Went for my food tasting. I got brisket> They said adult plate came with 4 medium slices of brisket. Kids had two slices of brisket. Paid over $1000 for the food. At the time of my event they were serving 2 slices of brisket on both kids, and adult plates. Nothing to do with the presentation they had showed me at the time of the tasting. I feel they ripped me off. Most of my guest didnt eat because people got in line twice, because the amount of food they were serving was very little. The food was good, but the quality was not that much for the price.. Im not using them again.. :(

I have had many catering experiences as well as a background in catering myself. Diamond Catering is one of the best in the region! I have experienced their service in Quinces, Weddings, business Banquets, recognitions and for casual business meetings. Their service is top notch and their food is simply amazing! I highly recommend one of their signature dishes in my opinion, its chicken with some white sauce served with delicious rice, salad, jalapeños, a roll and butter!! Believe you me, you will definitely be satisfied and full! Give them a call, you wont be disappointed!

Theses people catered for the Mother/daughter event at my daughters high school which was provided by the district of Socorro ISD. The lunch was absolutely delicious! My daughter and I were so impressed. They served us chicken breast smothered in a gravy with mushrooms, some rice, salad and a roll. They also provided a small bag of sugar cookies made by them homemade for dessert. I cant say enough about how delicious everything was. They also had excellent service. The staff was friendly, they were all wearing smiles. =)
