Let me start off by saying that the location on Ren con is the worst restaurant experience I have had in a really long time. We waited 40 minutes for food and it still didnt show up so we got up and we walked out of the restaurant we spoke to the manager at the ram con location and she was extremely rude so we ended up calling the manager at the Zaragosa location his name is Daniel Mendoza and he was a very accommodating and had excellent customer service. He completely took care of us when we showed up at his location and we were served by a gentleman by the name of one but it will also have great customer service and if I have to make the 30 minute drive to the Zaragosa location I will do it always. It is extremely sad to notice the big difference in food quality and also in the customer service aspect of the two different locations. I will not ever recommend anyone to go to the Remcon location but the one on Zaragoza is absolutely the best location to go to. Thank you so much Daniel Mendoza and Andres for making mine and my familys visit a great eating experience!

In a time when people are looking for bargains evreryehere this place just isnt playing fair. In my travels throughout Texas I cannot find decent Mexican food anywhere and look forward to coming home . Whether its Tex-Mex or Mex-Tex its definitely not Mexican. This is decent Mexican food, not the best by any means but itll do. The prices are somewhat high for the quality of the food, and dont get me started on the price for adding a spoon of avocado. While the majority of the other places serve both beans and rice, this one here only offers one or the other. I get it, Im sure this place was once the place to go, but times have changed and Mexican restaurants are a dime a dozen here. You cant make up for loss of profit whilst keeping prices slightly higher than the rest of your neighbors. The service, this time ,was way better than the last, but I doubt well be visiting this place anytime soon.

We are a long time customers and super disappointed. My wife ordered the green cheese enchiladas and I ordered the red ones and a bowl of tortilla soup. First the soup never arrived . Second the appetizers ( queso and rajas) arrived with the food. And the worst, my wifes and my enchiladas were cold . Like they are frozen and placed in the microwave before being served . The cheese and the tortilla were cold and hard. I asked the waiter to get the manager . When the manager arrived I asked her to take the fork and poke the enchilada . She try she notice what I was talking about and embarrassed about the poor food. She took both plates and apologize and replaced the food for some other enchiladas with a longer time in the microwave. My point is that will not be coming back =(.

Ordered takeout. It took forever to get our order. To make matters worse our orders were incorrect. We were charged for Mexican plates but were not given rice and beans. We also ordered a norteno light, which is a chicken dish. We received a norteno which is a beef dish. The norteno is a fajita plate. They did not even include tortillas. The store was also unable to process payments causing further delay. Honestly, they failed at every level. Considering what they charge, and the level or care an attention paid to our order, I would suggest going to any of the other Mexican restaurants in El Paso. Spend your money elsewhere

Our service was fine, but getting our food was another story. Everyone got served but me and my husband. He ordered a side of flautas with his enchiladas and was served a cold childs flautas. I ended up getting my food to go because everyone had finished and I still hadnt eaten. Then we were given the wrong bill. An expensive wrong bill. When I got home to eat my food was terrible. Well, the Relleno was pretty good, but the chicken in the taco was dry and I had to get to the middle of the enchilada before I had any cheese. My husband, also said his enchiladas were terrible.

HOME MADE TORTILLAS. AMAZING. I just moved to El paso from Albuquerque so I am used to New Mexican food. I have been searching for a good Mexican place and I am proud this is the first real Mexican place I love. I had Tacos, my husband had a steak. Both were phenomenal, not to mention our server was amazing!! $3 margaritas! Our friends also had great plates including the flautas- chicken and beef. And another had the sopes. My first sopes! I was in love. Definitely going back and bringing out of town visitors.

Way too expensive for what you get! Soup has more water than anything else! Tacos came with just meat and dry cold tortillas! Three for $12! I dont think so! Waiter said he would get manager...never did! Plus they dont speak english! Wow! Go someplace else and get your moneys worth! I will never go back! Hey manager! Comment on the negative posts! Not just the positive ones...whats the matter? You have nothing to say? Or can you write in english? Have someone translate for you!

I love going here at least once a month. The Chipotle Aztec soup is my favorite. The shrimp cocktail is great. Well honestly the majority of the food here is great. I love the fresh tortillas. Great happy hours. And the micheladas are right on... overall great. The only thing is it can get pretty busy but I havent had one waiter that didnt try to get me what Ive needed. Definitely recommended!

Food is better than drive thru mexican places but still not that great! We ordered caldo the res, the meat was hard and when we told the waiter the manager didnt even come by. They ignored us. Just dont expect breast customer service! This is not the first time the food is not satisfactory.

Every time I come into town this is one of my places to visit. Today the service is extremely slow and theres about 10 servers standing around. Hopefully someone from the management will see this review and rectify the situation by better staffing and organization. Disappointed patron.

Excellent fast food Mexican option, with a greater selection of traditional Mexican cuisine. Ice cold beer on tap, with excellent portions to cost value. Service was outstanding and timely. A great value for a substantial dinner or lunch.

The food is great but the prices have gotten ridiculous! $16.24 for Tacos de Carne Asada and a side of rice!!!! No drink either. I can get a good steak some where else for those kind of prices. Very disappointed!
