I recently planned my sisters wedding, and I hired Liz at Just A Taste Catering for the reception. I was blown away by Lizs attention to detail, her professionalism and her organization. Most importantly, the food was spectacular! The guests were raving over the passed hors d oeuvres that looked like they should be served in the white house (beef tenderloin with red wine onion and gorgonzola mousse & grilled pear and goat cheese crostini). Dinner was phenomenal and fit perfectly into my sisters tight budget, it included: a delicious salad, rosemary herb chicken with apple cider maple glaze, four cheese lasagna (better than my Italian mothers lasagna, shhhh!), the most amazing whipped potatoes, and some of the best asparagus I have ever had! You must have the huckleberry lemonade on your menu! Overall, my experience working with Liz was phenomenal. Highly recommended!!!

Unbelievable service!! The food was amazing and Liz and her staff were so great to work with! They did my wedding and made it so easy for me to sit back and relax and enjoy the amazing food they made. It was very stress free and professional. My sister even threw away her speech in a napkin and they dumped everything out to help her find it! Amazing staff and amazing food and I would definitely recommend them!

Liz and her staff at Just a Taste catering were wonderful, and a dream to work with for our wedding! The food was delicious, and we got so many compliments after the wedding on the menu, and food display. The 4 cheese mac n cheese is to die for! :-) I would recommend Just a Taste for any wedding or event!

My band and I played at a wedding catered by Liz and her crew. She is exactly the kind of person you want catering for you. Friendly, calm, great staff and service, and wonderful fresh food. We have gone to a lot of weddings so far and she is our favorite! Will continue to recommend her!
