My child was only here for 2 weeks and it has been the worst daycare experience of my life. My heart goes out to the lady who had her children there for 10 months! My daughter is 18months and is very bright, very advanced for her age. She learns quick and adapts well. Very independent. As long as her basic needs are met she does well. Needless to say she didnt do well. Cried when I dropped her off, cried when in picked her up. She wouldnt look at me or talk to me for almost an entire hour after I picked her up. That to me was an immediate red flag. I had to leave her with as little as possible BC they managed to lose everything and anything she had other than her clothes. Id call and check on her every single day at least twice a day. Every time I called I had to explain who I was and which child was mine. Every time I had a valid legitimate question I got attitude and sass. Mind you I was paying out of pocket $41 a day for care my 12 year old sister could better facilitate than the airhead director. I picked her up on several occasions with a soiled diaper! All the other little kids were crying and would crowd around the door desperate to get out and for some one to pick them up. I asked them to call my daughter by her nickname and they continually slaughtered her first name and asked me how to pronounce it. The "security" is a joke. I had my father pick her up twice. I told him to call me when he got there and gave him the security question the whole 9. He walked in and out of there with my daughter NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! The second time was the last straw. I bit the bullet and quit my job. Unless your child is independent and smart enough to fend for themselves do not take them here. Im an easy going person. My little one is very independent and bright all she needs is her basic needs met and supervision. Nothing extraordinary. So if my child was really this unhappy after 2 weeks and it only got worse each day there is obviously something very wrong.

This place is a joke I had my children there for about 10 months and at first all was well. My children were happy. Then one day all new people were there. One lady truly made my skin crawl I heard the way she spoke to the children and it made me sick. Why not tell the director you ask? She did not take accountability or responsibility for her staff. She says they are her family so of course anything I said went in one ear and out another. My 2 year old was sleeping on a matt no better then a jail matt for almost a month. I bought him a blanket and sheet when starting but it just disappeared. He was wearing shoes that did not fit him and sent home with those shoes because they couldnt find them. 3 days later the appeared and I was told they were sent home with another child. Its a piss poor excuse. I also informed them my son is partially deaf and needed to be eye level to truly understand. Yet I still walk in to him being shouted at from across the room. Ive picked up my child and he had no shoes on rubber like play matt in 90 degree weather. Ive picked up child and he has such a bad rash that it looks like its going to bleed. The straw that broke camels back was when my child came home with what looked liked a burn mark on his leg. The staff said they didnt see It all day witch was complete bs. I thought hey Ill try to talk to the director to see if she could see what happen. No she proceeded to tell me it happened at home! No! I do body checks because of random marks that would happen to be on my children. Its sick and disgusting and I hope and pray that you do lots more digging before leaving your child in the care of them. The only positive thing in the whole excuse of a daycare center in the wonderful lady in the 5s room she truly loved and cared for my child.

This is by far the worst daycare I have ever had my child in he was there for 1 month and every time I dropped him off he cried never adjusted to the daycare and he stopped talking and his emotions changed every time I picked him up he was starving the had the kids outside in 100 degree weather almost all day he always had a spoiled diaper when i would pick him up he came home with multiple bruises on him also I walked in on a conversation that the director the creepy old guy was having with the lady who worked at the front desk and was cursing at her because she allowed a person from human services to enter the building he went off on her stating they will shut us down if they find out because they wanted to investigate the facility the next day the were asking me to pay 5 dollars for a key to enter the daycare so I bought it and the day after I received a call from human services asking me for permission to investigate my 2 year-old son for signs of child molestation and child abuse because there had been multiple complaints from other children in the daycare that they were being abused so I took my child out of the daycare that same day it took everything in me not to burn that whole daycare down please keep your children safe. DONT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THIS DAYCARE ITS THE WORST.I WOULD TAKE MY STAR BACK IF I COULD!

I had my 2 1/2 year old grandson in this childcare facility for less than a week. When I arrived to swipe my card, the card reader was disgusting. When we went into the classroom children were in disarray. One child runnin around without shoes and the children had snotty noses with nobody watching over them. There One provider was changing a diaper while the kids were running around. There seemed to be no organization or structure to those program. My grandson was sobbing when I picked him up. The same thing happened when his grandfather picked him up. There was no real explanation why he was crying so hard (he is not a cry baby). I sent a sleeve a diapers for him. The first day I picked him up he had a diaper that was way to small on him. I complained the next day and was told his diapers are upstairs they would get them. When I picked him up later that day the same thing happened. This staff does not seem to be qualified to do childcare. Extremely poor and would never recommend it to anyone.

My first experience with this place was horrific, my niece asked me to take her daughter for her since she just started working so I happily agreed since its on my way to work. When I got there no one was at the main entrance so I had to ask the only available person there (who was not very fluent in English or Spanish) what the procedure was to check in a child. Out of nowhere the director comes out and started being rude as I was asking questions. This is my first time as well as my nieces first time so we have no idea of the process here. You would think being a new client she would be professional and personable as to try and secure new customers. I asked to talk to the owner and she absolutely refused to get him so I left and wont return. The self proclaimed director needs to take some classes or workshops on speaking with diplomacy and tact because she was not professional at all.
