Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with this center. I took my 2 year old daughter there for an hour trial. She is a shy and cautious girl but opens up quickly if comfortable. The staff member at the front desk took my daughter and welcomed her, but then she placed her on the floor over the gate and walked away leaving her standing there alone in a new environment totally scared. She did not introduce her to any of the other teachers or children, nor did she welcome her by walking her around and showing her all the cool stuff they had to do. When I picked her up they told me what they did to try and help her (gave her stuffed animals and offered her Cherrios) but that could have been avoided if she was not thrown into this new situation so abruptly. When we left and I asked her about it all she would tell me was "No fun mommy. I not like it!" Im disappointed because my experience was very different than the great things I have heard.

Always friendly staff, will take care of your child and call you with any concerns. They serve meals if you do not pack one. The business also offers bulk rate packages for those working parents out there.
