My daughter attends Step by Step and she has been there sence she was 18 months, when she first started attending she had never been watch by anyone but my mother and It worried me to leave her with strangers but her teachers reasured me that she would be ok. After a couple weeks I could leave her and she wouldnt cry when I left, they helped me potty train her, she has learned her abc, numbers, colors and her shaps. She now enjoys going to school and she is now in preschool she loves her teacher Miss Cindy she looks forward to seeing her everyday. She also has a group of friends that she is always playing with. To anyone who has doubts about daycares or dont know where to go this is an awesome daycare they take care of your child and any time you have questions you can talk to the director or the teachers. I wont trust anyone else with my baby.

THIS SCHOOL IS THE WORST!!!!! My kids attented step by step for about 5 months when my kids started coming home saying that the teachers are very mean to the kids! Not only were they leaving the kids in time out for 30 min at a time, they were yelling at them, pinching them, and not letting them go to the bathroom when they asked to!!!! I talked to one of the teachers who no longer works there who told me they are always yelling at the kids and talking downt to them, complaints with the state have been filed if you are looking for GOOD, LOVING CARE FOR YOUR KIDS THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

My child was 3 and a half when I sent him here. He knew his ABCs and Could count he knew his colors and shapes. Now he has been at the school for just a couple of months and he can spell and write his name write the alphabet and write his Numbers. Thank you Step By Step for helping my son with this hurdle. He is limited on the words he can spell but he can spell boat and book

Because Heather could not have an Adult conversation with me regarding miscommunication between her and her staff, my daughter was kicked out, literally the worst daycare I have ever used. Do not take your kids there!!!
