It was really a terrible experience. The guy that cut my hair (edmundo) he doesnt have a vlue of what he is doing. He doesnt take into accpunt your comments of how you want your haircut and they dont even care if you are satisfied or not. They have some prices visible for customers but they dont respect them, at the end they just tell you that the barber is the one that decides the price. Really a very bad experience and I wont reccomend it to anyone.

Horrible customer service!!!! Some of the worst Ive ever seen in any establishment. I didnt even get greeted as I walked in, nobody even looked at me. As I waited all employees were on and off the phone. (Personal calls and texts). They are very unprofessional. I will not ever return and I wont ever recommend this place. Cut was ok but not good enough for me I want the whole package. Customer service matters almost more than a good haircut.

Probably one of the best haircuts Ive ever had! I witnessed Mr. Parra handle an unreasonable customer with extreme professionalism and even refunded her money even though she was in the wrong. As a Pueblo native and former business owner, I highly recommend this asset to our community.

Nephews went to get a haircut & I usually dont like sitting & waiting, but the waiting experience was just as awesome as the haircuts the boys got. Very nice atmosphere, very welcoming people!

Worst haircut I have ever had. Even after I told them several times what I wanted they got it wrong. If all you want is a buzz cut then this is the place because that is all they know.
