Ive gone a few times to get my boys haircuts. Never really had an issue so we continued going. Today I got both my boys in and was with my youngest, so couldnt really watch for my oldest. I showed him the picture 2x and its not at all what we wanted!! My son has been growing his hair out and it got chopped all off and now has this weird point in front. If we brush it back it looks ok. Very disappointing. UPDATE: Today we got things situated and they took care of us, offered money back. We didnt have anything else done to his hair because my son rather just grow it out again. No hard feelings to the baraber or the team at Garaz & Romos. Lesson learned, always check the cut before you walk out regardless where or who does the cuts. Ask questions if you have them. Things happen and Garaz & Romos will see us in the future.

I didnt catch her name , a chick with poorly colored hair. She is a HACK. I would definitely recommend no one get her if you go in there. Choose a different "barber" . She gave me the absolute worst haircut I have ever gotten. The more I look at it the more I hate it. It looks like a cross between a high n tight and the muppet Berts hair do from bert and ernie. I will never go back. I will let my hair grow until I find a real barber and barber shop.

Just got in to Lubbock from Ausin and I was worried to get my hair cut since I never switch barbers. I was even more worried to have a girl cut it,,, But Jordan "Jayy" knocked it out the park. She was cool as hell to talk to and she didnt ask me too much about my cut she just knew what needed to be done and she rocked it. Definitely going back to her. Also that shop is chill. Not a lot of boisterous talk and ghettoness. Ill be back for sure.

Went in Monday evening with my family and didnt get greeted by the only guy working. We had to speak to him to even get service. The poor guest service is the reason why I will never go back. My 3 boys and husband like the cut by two guys there other than that, the other ones dont show good customer service. Since I have to add a star to post this, it really dont deserve it.

Services is not what I expected to be. Instead of going in order of how people came in, they skip people. Ive waited 30mins the next barber came open, someone decided to skip me. Instead of the barber saying that I was next all she said is theyll be right with you. This barbershop is a joke I would recommend this site to anyone. First and last time I came get my hair cut here.

Ive been searching for a barber shop since my wife and I moved to lubbock a few months ago. My search ended this morning and Garzas & Ramos. Im horrible with names but the woman who cut my hair gave me the cleanest cut Ive had in years. If you want an old school barber shop, with skilled barbers look no further.

Never left here with abad cut. Took me many years to find a place where I can trust the work and the barbers and this is my joint. Atmosphere is great as long as you dont mind a wait on a busy day. I wont gp anywhere else in Lubbock and I highly recommend G&R to anyone.

Second to last lady really sucks... She does not take her time and she is on a hurry to use her cellphone. She has no knowledge. Went for a simple medium fade and 1/4 of an inch off from the top and came out with a different look

It would be great if shops in Lubbock actually have the correct hours and days. I live a hour away and come to cut my sons hair and then the shop isnt even open

Great customer service and quite competitive price for a haircut. I highly recommend coming here on Sundays from 12-4PM in order to shorten the waiting time.
