Unlike typical staffing agencies, staff are not rude or curt. Many people seem to have a negative, degrading bias against any one unemployed that comes to them for work and it shines through blatantly. Not at Connections Training! I try to freelance my skills so am not tied down to a low hourly wage job because I have avoidant personality disorder (noticeably uncomfortable around others) which keeps me from being hired to any positions of real worth. Verifiable by my lack of criminal history and single status at 37 years of age.

We reached out for a worker to start immediately and let them know we needed immediate help. We did not hear back from them for a week. When they did call we happened to be busy and asked if she could call right back, she said yes. It has been 5 days and still no call back, when we inquired about what happened the lady at the front desk said they choose who they do and do not call back.

If you looking for a job, I highly advise you to go anywhere else. The front office staff is beyond rude and unknowledgable. The management is clueless and they are dishonest. They do not take care of their employees at all. I am disgusted. This entire operation is a joke.

They do work you but they are rude. They put you to work and the jobs you go to are mostly warehouse and the supervisors treat you like a slave. Long hours little breaks. No respect. But if you need the money and dont mind getting treated poorly you can make money.
