The quality of management has gone downhill ever since Zach left. Sharon is still helpful and direct but doesnt like drama. Jeanette is the one I had a problem with. I would try to call the office whenever I had a problem finding the job site or getting my paycheck when the office should have been open. She claimed that she called me right back and a different person responded instead, but I never had phone service issues with other callers or receiving text alerts about available work. One day she said she came right back to the office to collect my equipment when I left a message, but I waited outside for 45 minutes and did not see her come back. Not only did she cut me off when I tried to argue my point, but she threatened to fire me for the voicemail I left in frustration saying that I wanted to quit because I was tired of walking all the way back there from my house with my equipment, only to find that they were closed. At that point I decided to quit before they even had a chance to fire me.

Ive worked for Labormax for about 6 months and i have had more downs than ups with this company. Been lied to and lied on. Your integrity is always on the line no matter how good i worked it wasnt appreciated and you think your employer would know his workers well enough to say if his workers is doing this or that.( they dont) all they care about is filling those tickets. They dont care about what you have to go thru for the company (abuse from their customers) being lied to and lied on is not my way of having a lasting relationship. Yesterday some of us took a stand and quit because we are sick of it. You can work with this company til you find out the shady side of Labormax.

I went into this office for the first time today and they took my application with no hassle the guy behind the counter was very responsive and helped me through the whole process. I took a flaggers test and got certified to flag in Colorado, and they didnt charge me for it. Great store and appreciate all there help getting work again!!

Has kept me with steady work and steady income. It is a great stepping stone to people who need immediate income and temporary long term employment. Staff are friendly at the lakewood office , and they keep me busy with work.

Zack is a great manager and makes sure everyone gets to the job site as well as back. The pay is a bit low but thats because your paying for gas.
