If I could rate NO STAR I would. Where do I even begin to start? First of all, theres a job starting on Monday thats a call center position. I expressed my interest in the position on early Tuesday afternoon. I spoke with a woman named Elizabeth that sent me links to my email to fill out all the paper work (I9 W-4 etc.) I submitted everything and sent her a copy of my ID and social per her request. Elizabeth told me that she would send my resume over to her recruitment manager name Jennifer and that I would hear from her before 5pm with the results of my application that Tuesday evening. I havent heard back from her since. So, finally I give her a call this morning 9/29/16 at 10:00am sharp asking her about the status of my application. She tells me that Jennifer is in the office so she will print off my resume and hand it to her directly. I have yet to hear anything back so I called again at 1:30 this afternoon and spoke with a man named Eric. I told him about what had happened, he then placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I got tired of waiting so I disconnected the phone call. The job that I was interested in working, starts on Monday. So Im sure now I have missed out on the opportunity because of "Manpowers" incompetence. Moral of the story, PLEASE use this staffing agency as a LAST resort and dont depend on them because they will let you down.

I went to this location and spent maybe two hours filling out paperwork online. I had an "interview" and was told that a lit of available opportunities would be emailed to me that way I could think about the positions over the weekend. It has been 3 days not including the weekend and I still have yet to receive that list. When contacting Stephanie Colin as to why the list had yet been sent, she replied with a short answer stating she was out of the office and would send one when she got the chance. What bothers me is that the day is almost over once again and I still havent heard back. From my understanding, their job is to help people get jobs however they seem annoyed to help. If you want a temp agency that actually does their job, try PrimeSource. They dont give attitudes and actually work to find something that fits for you right away.

Horrible.They will make an excuse if they dont have one to put you in a situation were they are right.They dont admit when they make mistakes and if they make one you will pay the consequence for it.I was on a job that was too full as far as people were concerned and they didnt need my service at this particular site and when talking to manpower they told me I had an attitude when clearly I was told that there was not enough product.This happend more than once when I left the company and had tried this this last time.I usually stay on a job at least 3 months.Power driven people who seem to complain about the job they have.

Horrible customer service The receptionist seem too busy in her personal cell phone to help anyone and when she did lift her head to speak she was better off not speaking at all
