I used to work out of this Labor Ready location. Then they hired a new branch manager, Megan, who has very poor people skills. I witnessed her upset three different accounts. On one occasion, she did not send any people to work when the client had clearly requested. Beware!!! If you go to a job and they want you to come back the next day, Megan requires you to be at the Labor Ready office at least on hour before the assignment begins. She requires this one hour of your time for each repeat. Labor Ready will not pay you for your time and will suspend you for 30 days if you do not comply. Also, they expect you to drive others to the job site, if you have a vehicle. If the contractor is paying mileage, Labor Ready keeps 30% even though they do not put a penny of gas in the vehicle, or insurance, maintenance, etc. This company is a joke and is taking advantage of those who try to make an honest living.

I was sent on a work ticket to unload tires of a truck. It took be about an hour and was n the job site just under an hour and half. I called in and emailed my ticket at 9.24am. I didnt get paid until after 4 phone calls and by 3:15 I was paid. And at that time I was finally given the directions to my second work ticket after making 4 calls to get them. Everyday they have computer issues. I am sure that issue didnt stop them from getting paid. If you dont want to pay workers on time dont send them to work. Everything is great except when you need to get paid its a hassle. I am homeless and have enough stress surviving. I dont need a hassle to get paid for the work I did.

Just finished visiting this location, 74th & Federal. Although I have been a licensed massage therapist in a position of trust for years, I apparently am not qualified to work here. I took their little Tescor keypad behavioral quiz and failed. They couldnt (or wouldnt) tell me why either. It might be because their keypad buttons dont work half the time, or the power cord falls out of the keypad unit. I cant try again for 1 year. Ill be sure and put that on my calendar, not. I understand this location just recently changed ownership. Best of luck with that endeavor lol..

The employees are by far the most awful people I have ever met. they wont even offer me any work, showed up at 5:30. Waited and waited, nothing. My husband was offered two jobs, was told to wait a second, and Julie gave them to someone else. She is the most unpleasant person, along with her Co worker Brad. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Its absolutely horrible. Go to Labor Works across the street.

A horrible experience trying to get workers from this number. It asked me if I wanted to apply for a job and then lots of suggestions about pay, w4, how to apply, etc... No way to get to a real person and wanted me to leave a phone number which I did and no one called me back. I needed 3 workers for the next day where is the number to call directly that person????? Worst labor ready office ever!

Negative 5 Stars. I ordered 2 workers and no one showed because Julie "cancelled" the wrong order. I can never get a live person when I call early to confirm workers for the day. Horrible horrible service.

They say will pay the same day but that is a lie they pay you when they fill like it, sometimes it is days before they pay you so be prepared not to paid daily.
