I have worked with several staffing agencies over the past few years, and this branch of Express Personnel is easily the least professional. In fact, the people I met with were downright rude. First, the directions to their location were misleading and incomplete: I was told it was a thirty minute drive, when it actually took me over an hour, in light traffic at a high speed. When I got to the area, it took me an extra half hour to find the building, as it was poorly marked. Previously, the lady on the phone had said she would email me a link to directions. This never materialized, so I mapped it myself, and while it looked straightforward online it was actually very, very difficult to find--while I was in the waiting room, two other people came in a few minutes late, citing the same difficulty. When I asked to be able to ask a few questions about the specific job ad I was replying to -before- I completed all the evaluations and paperwork, I was told to wait a few minutes by the disgruntled receptionist. A few minutes turned into an hour and ten minutes in a very, very cold waiting area. The receptionist and the interviewer repeatedly called me by the wrong name even after I gave them the correct one. After waiting a while, I had the feeling that they were keeping me waiting just because I had asked for something nonstandard--the office was very obviously not busy, in part due to the snow outside, and the lady who I eventually met with walked by several times, not doing anything in particular. When she finally called me back, and I brought up my concern about the distance, she told me several times in an agressive manner that she was not responsible for my transportation. When I attempted to explain that I was not asking for anything but information, she repeated herself, and then told me that if I had concerns I probably wasnt in the right place. By that point, I was happy to agree. After keeping me waiting for over an hour, she spent less than two minutes with me. In addition to being dissatisfied with the way that I was treated, I was not impressed by the way I saw others addressed. The staff at Express Personnel seemed, in general, to have very little respect for the people there: the receptionist yelled at people in the next room, rather than calling to them or going in to talk to them, and made some comments that struck me as very patronizing. I am happy to not be working with Express Personnel of Longmont, and sincerely recommend that you avoid them as well.

I got a call from what I am guessing was a young lady very early in the morning. I have recently changed professions and am attempting to better my life with my new profession. When I expressed interest in that profession to her she said that her office never dealt with that field. When I said I would like some office work to get underneath me she blew me off saying that all I had was retail experience and hinting that retail was all that I was good for. That alone was insulting but it got worse. When I said that was getting laid off in a few months and was looking for anything full time she told me she was no longer interested and not to call them they would call me. She was very mean and rude. I urge any and all who read this to NOT use their services as someone seeking a job or someone looking for and employee. This was one of the worst work related phone calls I have ever had!

Ive never been so insulted by any agency in all my life. I have started and successfully been running my own business for the last 6 years. Recently, I sold my business with the decision to re-enter the corporate world in Office management (which Ive done for close to 30 years). I was informed that since I have not been "technically" employed the last 6 years that they would not help me re-enter the market until after Ive had a job in my field. This was their policy, per the person I spoke to. All I can say is that once I do secure a job, in my administrative position, I would never use Express Employment to hire any temp help or otherwise.

I expected the worse and got it, they certainly lived up to their reputation. For a company that should be appreciative of your custom I was amazed at how I was treated. The mature lady was positively immature at times. I was treated extremely unprofessionally, mocked and made to feel inferior. Its amazing that when you want a temporary job to fill a gap you are made to feel like a low life, and this is from the people that should be helping you get a job so they can make money themselves!! I would stay away from this company and go else where, just my 2c

I have had the best experience with Express Professionals in Longmont, CO. I walked into their office one afternoon and walked out with a job interview. I got the temporary position, and less than four months later I am hired on at the company. If I need work again in the future, I wont hesitate to call Express Pros. I recommend anyone looking for quality work in the Longmont area to stop in and visit with the delightful and competent staff. Thank you, Express Pros!!

Ive worked with this company for the last 2 months or so. I found it incredibly professional and polite. The staffing consultants are easy to talk to while helpful in placing me within a position that I am incredibly grateful for. Its great to walk-in and chat with the front desk person; she greets you with a smile and a great conversation. I have honestly referred this place to multiple friends. It’s great!

I had a great experience with Express. I walked in on a Monday morning and was working the next day! Communicating with Express was easy--and they almost always found work for me right after the last job ended. I found full-time employment through them, and Im very thankful for all the opportunities they gave me! If you need work, check them out! Theyd be the first place Id look if I needed employment.

I have used this Express location for finding employment on three different occasions. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful in placing me in a position that meets my needs. The application process was straight-forward and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I will be using Express for my future needs!

Based on the previous reviews, I expected to find some youngish, rude, receptionist. Instead, I met up with a more mature woman who was helpful and professional. It turns out that I had visited the wrong office for the job that I was applying for and I was directed to the correct branch. my 2c

They dont want to help you because they think they know about you from your interview! They wont send your resume to companies that your quailified for because thet think they know better "And" because of your "AGE". They are terrible!!!
