Heres my experience. The Agent named Kara Cooper was my rep. She is as lackluster in her job performance as she was with her attentiveness. After we were introduced, she forgets about me for a whole month. I knew she must have a ton of clients, so I let it slide, calling her again to renew our new-found business strategy together. She then of course apologizes several times, and I kid you not, miraculously is able to set up our interview the next day! Now those are some lucky (wink) results!! I come early in the morning, take a simple computer skills test, the interview part was literally, 11 minutes long. After feeling shuffled thru as quickly as possible, ( i felt that interview was set up that fast just to get me out of her hair, seeing as how im an example of her forgetting about a client for over a month ) thats not where my frustration begins actually; its now over 6 months later. I have not heard a literal word, message, email, or anything from Mrs. Cooper since our face-to-face meeting in JUNE! I called her last week, on Monday 31st. Her receptionist asked who was calling, told her, put me through to voicemail (apparently talking to me makes her nervous or something) where I leave a very dissatisfied voicemail, more or less expressing my malcontent with not talking to her in 6 months. I receive no calls back over the following 8 days. Conclusion : I called her this morning (11/10) to ask if she had completely forgotten about me, or what? She very politely wrapped up all my frustration into one, non-chalant, totally rehearsed sentence : - "Hey there , Alex , We just havent been able to find anything for you, but when we do, we will certainly let you know! " Because shes obviously not looking very hard to find me a job, that made my blood boil. Because how could I trust you will contact me , if you have never done so ever; and I have made every attempt possible to move forward amicably without Karas help? Obviously, this is a single incident. I have no prior experience with J Kent. I am upset because as a person in-limbo switching states, any and all help is necessary. I teared up in my interview with Kara, when we discussed how my trip out to Co was (expending 6 of the 11 min interview supposedly dealing with professional careers). I spoke of wanting to provide for my family, my beautiful wife who trusted me moving us all out here. I told her im a college educated graphic designer, but im looking for full-time work, im up for anything. I guess my story didnt inspire her enough to actually want to help my family. I just assumed she would since, ya know, its her job. If you need a job, in a timely way, where the rep actually cares about your success/need for money; Rep Kara Cooper is apparently the worst. I based my choice (of temp agency ) off of Google Reviews, now im writing another one to help someone in the future. Good Luck, and a special shout-out to Kara Cooper, you literally did nothing to help me struggle to scrape by for my family, you forgot about me, then shuffled me thru an interview so I would leave you alone. I keep reading these reviews of people being talked to, suggested types of occupational work, personal connection with their rep, constant attention/feedback, etc. I got 0 of 5, and found myself 3 different jobs during Karas thorough search. I couldnt have asked for a better experience than the one I had with J Kent Staffing. The process has been smooth and really enjoyable. Within days of emailing my resume for a position they posted around February 7th, I had a call from Kara with J Kent Staffing wanting to set up an interview. Kara was/is so friendly and welcoming that you really feel like you are talking to a friend and not just in an interview, which lets face it, is almost always nerve-racking. I felt so comfortable that I could really let my true self shine through and I think she could see that. Anyhow, Kara mentioned that she thought I would be a great candidate for the position I applied for and she would be forwarding the company my resume. As I left the office that day, I really wanted an interview for that specific position but if for some reason I didnt get an opportunity, I left feeling confident that Kara would be looking at other positions that would be a great fit. And not just putting me on the back burner. Again within just a few days, I had an interview with the company. Within an hour or so after my interview, I had a follow up call from Kara asking how the interview went and her letting me know that she would be in touch when she heard something from the company. Before I knew it Kara was calling and extending an offer from the company. Kara is a great professional that really seems to care for the people that she is trying to find positions. She explains the process and how she is moving forward so you arent just left wondering. Every phone call or email with J Kent Staffing staff has been met with the upmost care and professionalism. I will certainly be recommending J Kent Staffing to anyone that is looking for work, especially after the fantastic experience I have had!

I found J Kent Staffing through Craigs List, while searching for jobs. So far in the two months that I have been with them, they have found me multiple jobs including my current job which happens to be six weeks long and ends right before Christmas. This has been perfect for me since I have my son for Christmas and want to enjoy my time off with him. I have found work through them which has lasted only a few shifts to work that has lasted a few weeks. I have enjoyed every job they have given me and found that they were able to fit my skills to my work very well. I have always had a pleasant work environment and have been very thankful for all the opportunities they have provided. Bailey is very friendly and always seems to be upbeat and positive, she has been very thorough and upfront while explaining each position and overall she is excellent at her job. My interview with Karen was both professional and pleasant. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable throughout the interview process. Getting setup through J Kent staffing was easy and quick with no upfront costs. Overall my experience with J Kent Staffing has been very positive. I have and will keep referring them to friends looking for work. I get paid on time through a cash card, which is both easy and convenient, I know they also offer direct deposit. I even got a job during the Denver Beer Fest with a brewery, this was awesome and allowed me to experience an event I would otherwise have not been able to attend. I look forward to my future opportunities working with J Kent Staffing and recommend them to anyone looking for work.

J Kent Staffing is, simply stated, amazing. Over the past ten years, I have worked with them a couple of times as a candidate looking for a new opportunity and at least a dozen times as a hiring manger trying to find the perfect applicant. Each experience was flawless. As a candidate, J Kents staff connected with me on a human level, exhibiting a genuine interest in my goals and communicating with me regularly until I was hired. Plus, their thorough process helped me present the best possible me to prospective employers. As a result, I was placed with remarkable companies in positions perfectly aligned with my skills and interests. To no surprise, working with J Kent Staffing as a hiring manager has been equally rewarding and produced great results. The staff listens carefully and quickly picks up the companys culture and requirements of the position. They are also very responsive. For each search I conducted using J Kent Staffing, I was presented at least five strong candidates within the time frame requested. The candidates were so strong it was never easy to make a hiring decision. However, once a decision was made we were never disappointed. The employees we hired through J Kent Staffing excelled at their positions and are either still with the company or enjoyed tenure of five years or more. In conclusion, I highly recommend J Kent Staffing to people looking for a great job and companies looking for great candidates.
