I was employed full time with a nice income but unhappy with my current position so I was looking for new employment. Office Team advertises fairy decent paying full time perm jobs on job postings that I came across, but once you actually talk to them, those jobs are all mysteriously filled but they offer you an $8/hour temp job. Alysia set up a Skype interview to speak to me for the first time. Im not sure why an online interview was requested since I live within 5 miles of their DTC offices. She never Skyped me at the requested time and 45 min later called my cell phone saying she had been trying to Facetime me but I wasnt accepting the call. Because you requested a Skype interview and gave me your Skype contact, and requested my Skype contact, not Facetime. They werent off to a good start. The communication from Office Team was terrible through the entire process. I was getting phone calls from multiple Office Team employees and it was clear they were never speaking to each other. I would have to repeat myself, get offered and have to decline the same $8/hour temp job 5 times to 5 different people. All the jobs Alysia called me with were never even in the same spectrum of the kind of job I was looking for. I would find specific jobs they had posted that were 99% match to my current position that i was very qualified for, and she would never contact them regarding my resume. She would say she would call/email me at a specific day/time and never would. I stopped communication with Office Team out of frustration. I received 3 written job offers for well paying permanent positions that week and decided on the one that was best for me, none of these jobs were through Office Team.

Have worked for them on and off for years. They have a lot of miscommunication errors with us, the temp agents, as well as with the companies who are their clients. My last job was a wonderful fit for me, but it took many error corrections to get things going and my boss complained often that she hated how many things Office Team did or said wrong. Recently, Ive tried to apply to another job thats a great fit. Office Team had me speak to multiple people in their office, all of whom gave me different information and direction, only to find out that I still wasnt told what I needed to be told in order to move forward with the paperwork. I wasted alot of time and energy trying to accommodate them. I only wish companies would screen through another site/group or hire directly so that people like me, college educated and highly experienced workers, could begin working toward their new careers immediately. Ive worked for many temp agencies over the years and this company has the best type of clients for my skills, but they are one of the hardest companies with whom to work.

Their communication between their office and clients is terrible. I had a really bad experience where they assigned me to a job locally, which I was happy to take at the time, since it was close. However, they failed to explain to me that the job was a regular distribution job whereas I was lead to believe it was more clerical work. I was told to dress business professionally and I was left in a small warehouse, lifting things in a skirt. The man who had Office Team contract me assumed I couldnt life 50+ pounds, but Ive worked in distribution for over five years. Office Team didnt communicate to me with the reality of this job and I was told that the client specifically wanted a MAN, because a man can only lift 50+ pounds apparently. Contacted them numerous times for a different assignment, and they never got back to me. I dont appreciate their clientele assuming women cant do general labor like men. That was the worst experience Ive ever had with a staffing agency next to the Job Store. No, thank you.

Terrible experiences with both this office and the DTC branch. The website lists a variety of positions at higher pay grades between $16 - $30 an hour for different administrative & logistical positions. If applied for via the site hearing back about it is nearly impossible, and if youre able to get a hold of any actual reps the positions are always "filled or "fell through". Naturally through they have no problem offering $8 - $10/hr generic data entry positions. Be extra careful with the DTC branch as well. My most recent position with them was (yet again) another data entry position that paid $10/hr, after a few weeks I had lunch with the manager and was informed that the position was supposed to be paying (after the commission for Office Team) $14.00, and not $10. She ensured me after finding this out she wouldnt be working with the DTC Branch ever again. Thanks Brian & Danielle!

The communication is horrible. The professionalism lacks to say the least. When I went in for my initial appointment the lady that met with me was late and then said that it had to be really quick because shenwas scheduled to meet with someone else. She asked me to look on the site and forward her the jobs I was interested in which I did wothin a couple of days. I never heard anything back and when I emailed her asking about what happened, I still never received a response. Complete waste of my time.

This place is horrible, the assignments take very little to no skill. The female Danielle has the worst attitude I have ever had the displeasure of needing. The communication is non existent. For being a fortune 500 company I can not believe that they are permitted to treat their temps with such disregard. You are better off finding something on Monster or Craigslist. If you value yourself and skills dont waste your time here.

My entire experience with Officeteam has been amazing. It only took a day or two for them to contact me after inquiring through their website. They had me come in and take a couple assessment tests. Because I scored well on the tests, they called me the next day or so about a short assignment. I was starting to feel really hopeless about my job search, but Officeteam really got things going for me.

I had luck with OfficeTeam in Fort Collins, but when I moved to Denver the office downtown was anything but helpful. They are incredibly slow with communicating. They are so busy that it didnt seem like they had time for me. Sometimes they wouldnt even call me back at all. I would recommend a different temp agency.

Staff is nice on the phone but does the WORST job at actually getting back to you and following up on jobs. They constantly rotate their recruiters to different positions every week so its impossible to try and follow up on one job with the same person. Dont waste your time!

Office Team was very prompt at getting me in for paperwork and an interview, asked what I wanted out of a job, got me more than what I needed, and all in under a week. It was amazing and filled my gap in unemployment until I went back to school. Thank you, Office Team!!!
