Usually good but what is the point of an online check in if, when I arrive, Im bumped to the bottom of the list for walkins...multiple time while I was sitting right there! The people not there when it was there turn dont get bumped but jump right back to the top of the list when they decide to show. Waited 2 hours AFTER my online check in time and walked out after being bumped 3 times for lates and walkins. Plus, 2 hair coloring going on at the same time and only 2 stylist? Poor, poor scheduling and customer service today.

Was not impressed with my haircut. Lady was more distracted by her family, than what I wanted for haircut. Didnt get my haircut with finger length on top. Really didnt notice till I got home after shower.

Whats the point of a call ahead had an appointment at 6 and they closed and said they didnt have time because they close at 7 not 8
