By far the worst wash dry fold service Ive had. From not the most friendliest staff, to the poorest service. The purpose of paying for wash dry and folding is to receive just that. Mind you, this was my first time going here and will definitely be my last. Approximately 30% of my shirts ended up shrinking. My blouses for work were folded instead of being hung up. And my dress pants are wrinkled because they were folded as well. From the moment I walked in the morning to drop off my clothes I should of known due to the way the person was. Then at the end to pick up the lady apparently doesnt not like her job or was simply not her day. Point is, Im extremely disappointed especially it being in Cheshire when I absolutely love the environment in this town. But its safe to say, I will not return nor will I recommend it either. Great price but bad overall service.

First off, it is not a clean place, all the machines are very old & they are not maintained. Many of them have signs saying " do not use.". I used a large washer in back & paid $5.00 and pushed HOT water. About. half way through, I noticed the water was putting out cold..no hot water! I went up to desk to ask why no hot water? At first she acted like she didnt speak English, but she knew exactly what I was saying. Next, I asked her for the $5.00 back so I could use another washer, she said she couldnt give me my money, but had to call the "owner." She tried to ring him 5 times with no answer When she called her next call was answered and she handed me the phone. Now I am waiting for the owner to come in 30 minutes! In the mean time sweat is pouring off of me while I wait! To be contd.

They seem to be the only game in Cheshire as far as laundromats go - a few more seats for those people waiting for their washing would be helpful.
