Since the change of ownership and name, Ive never been so pleased with a dry cleaner. The new ownership employs people that know how to do customer service. I dont even have to point out stains, as they make note at some point before they are cleaned. Buttons are tightened or re sewn without even asking. My daughters prom dress was tailored flawlessly. The new owner, shortly after the change in ownership, was very responsive to an issue that I had from the previous ownership. As long as these folks still run the place, I wont go elsewhere.

Long story short: they lost 4 polo brand dress shirts I bought a month earlier for $70 each ($280 total). After having me check back in for over 2 straight weeks, they offered $100 total for reimbursement and acted like I was lucky to get anything. I would highly recommend looking around to a different cleaner, especially seeing that they are not the cheapest option.
