Nice people but terrible workmanship. I went in to have the sleeves of a jacket shortened and a shirt dry cleaned. The jacket looked like a 5-year-old shortened the sleeves with safety pins and the shirt came out DIRTIER than it was when I handed it to him. Literally, pieces of lint/hair all over the shirt and they heavily ironed the delicate synthetic fabric thus ruining it and left several deep creases in it that wont wash out (how does a dry cleaner not know how to iron a shirt without wrinkling it?!). Overall, they butchered my jacket and ruined my shirt. The only positives I can say is that they completed the job on time (1 week) and the guy behind the counter is nice enough, I suppose. But they are really incompetent. AVOID.

Brought my boyfriends linen pants there to be hemed and taken in, they were not ready when we arrived for pick up . he said they werent started and to give him 45 minutes. . 45 minute later we came to pick them up and they were butchered, i sew and i could have " practiced" and made the same mistakes he did . he tried convincing us they were done correctly but they looked like little boy pants . terrible job

i went to the royal dry cleaners to get my dress hemmed and fitted. they did a wonderful job! i was impressed by the work done. The people had my dress ready by the time they promised it would be done. they were very nice and honest and the prices are not overpriced in my opinion if im being honest. 5 stars out of 5! WONDERFUL

Never had a bad experience here. Had suits, jackets and more cleaned here. They also use eco friendly dry cleaning. They also replaced a zipper in my winter coat and is far nicer than the stock zipper. Awesome place, nice people!
