I have been usng them for 15 years and had a few problems with pants not being pressed properly and such. Now I have the worst problem. I brought them a new long dress to be steamed. Never worn before. I picked it up on Thursday morning and flew out of town for a wedding. When I arrived at the Hotel and unpacked the dress was stained in three places. I called them and asked what I could do with no satisfaction as there was no one that spoke understandable English. I had to buy a new dress to wear that Sunday. I brought the dress back today and their solution was to clean the dress for no charge. They refuse to take responsibility even though the gentleman that steamed it said he cant remember seeing the stains. I told them if the stains do not come out they should reimburse me for it. They suggested I bring it back to the store. If they want to do that and give me the money thats their decision, but I am not going to lie and compromise myself. This is unacceptable and I will never use or recommend them again.

Do not waste your time. The clothes that were brought in came out looking like it was simply ironed and put on a hanger. I notified them of some stains to take care of. When I came to pick the clothes up they werent able to take it out stating they "tried their best" followed by charging me for a service they did not even complete successfully. Go somewhere else that is more considerate of their customers.

Was referred here by a sales rep at Macys for an alteration of a suit jacket. After picking it up I tried it on in the parking lot before getting in the car. This was when I noticed that the shoulder and lapel were stained in multiple places. The employees of the dry cleaner refused to give us our money back and blamed the stains on Macys. Dont ever go here unless you want stained clothes.

Visited them 3 times and all 3 has been horrible. Wont be seeing them any more and wont recommend them to anyone.
