Tecum cleaner is terrific! The staff is friendly and courteous. I have been a customer for many years and have always been satisfied. After some terrible experiences around the Mt Sinai area I found Tecum. I would never switch. Tecum not only does a quality job of dry cleaning, they also offer excellent tailoring and alterations. I have used all the services and have always been happy. Even if it was a last minute emergency, they were reassuring and accommodating. They really care about their customers. Additionally, Nick, the owner, is a dry cleaning genius! I now live in St James(grew up in the Mt.Sinai area) and I still send him all of my clothes, because no one does it better than Nick! He is a brilliant guy and approaches every stain as a chemist, carefully evaluating the best methods for safe treatment. I have trusted him with many couture pieces and have never been disappointed. Their attention to detail is unparalleled and they seem to breathe new life into my favorite clothes. The most honorable and quality dry cleaner in the area.

They lost my dress I needed for a baptism picked my clothed up on a saturday and was in a rush didnt check the clothes until Sunday when I needed my dress, no dress went in on Monday to explain they offered no apologies, and no refund didnt look for dress just argued nope we have u dress viewed there Camara and doesnt show them givein the dress
