We couldnt be happier with the services that we received from Century 21 AllPoints Realty in Enfield, CT and their agent Elaine Smith. She brought great ideas for selling our home and worked very hard on our behalf to find a buyer for us. She worked equally as hard in finding us a new home that matched what we were looking for and then some. Any questions we had were answered quickly and she was always available for us. Elaine and her office spent a lot of time working with us and went an extra mile on everything to ensure that we were satisfied. I have recommended Elaine and her office numerous times and will continue to do so as well as use her for any of our future real estate needs!

We are the first time home buyer. We felt like this agent is not working on our side,she always talking on behalf of the owner while she was our agent! she gave us wrong information about certain property that we were looking. Hiding information so that she can get her commission. We dont know if there is any law if an agent hide information knowingly...what punishment can she get!We had to search online, asking around and got the information that we were looking for! It was her job not ours! so be aware of this agent if you are buying house with her you will regret later.Strongly not recommended!
