This is a long overdue review, but it is because of JOE that I have had this FREE TIME to enjoy spending it with friends and family, and NOT on selling my home. I was referred to Joe by a good friend of mine. Her sister sold her condo within days of being on the market with Joe as her realtor; at that time I was having problems selling mine. After meeting with Joe, we quickly got to work. He was knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and was one step ahead of the game every minute we worked together. I never had to wait for a phone call or wonder what was going on. Joe kept me informed and made sure that I got the best deal for my house and because of his hard work, dedication and caring nature I SOLD my home quickly. Never once did I question or doubt him. When talking about the stress of selling or purchasing a home it is so important that you can trust the realtor you are working with. There was never a moment that I questioned Joe’s intentions or was hesitant with taking advice. HE works for you, and works to make sure you are happy with the final decision, and is patient while exploring all options to make sure you are truly satisfied. I would not only refer him to friends and family, but I hope he will help me when I am ready to purchase my next home. Words cannot describe how appreciative I truly am for all of his help. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joe and The Home Store Real Estate. With Joes assistance, we put our condo on the market and began our home search, and he catered to our every wish. Every time I would add something to the wish list, he had listings to match. When we drove around the corner and I spotted the house for the first time, I said "Thats our house" and Joe smiled and said "I know." His professionalism, his kindness, his willingness to listen, his knowledge and experience made it incredibly easy. He sold our condo and got us into our house in the smoothest transaction ever..... answering every question and need we may have. Its the personal touches that mean so much...its not just business, its personal. Anytime we have bumped into Joe, he has made it a point to come and chat and ask about the family, and, he has sent us an "anniversary" card every year since we moved into our house. 12 years running....and that says SO much. Its not just a business transaction with Joe, its his personal touches that mean so much.... I will always use Joe and highly recommend him to everyone. I Have known Joe for many years socially and recently have engaged his service to shop for a home. My experience with this as a first timer was very unique. My credit was good and I had a great pre-qualification amount to shop with. However, I was in a "cash poor" situation with not much money to put down. Joe and his network helped me through the process over the course to obtain and secure loans I (and many others) are entitled to use. The process was slow but the government was never known for speediness. Joe and his extensive network of contacts helped me every step of the way. Back in 2013, Joe had assisted my husband and me to sell our home . We had run into issues financing our new home and he was very supportive in putting our contract with him to sell our old home on hold until we were really ready. He had made excellent suggestions to assist the house to look its very best and we got a full price offer almost immediately. Fast forward to 2017 and my husband and his siblings were prepared to sell their family home. I would recommend Joe Criscoulo as a realtor to everyone! We hired Joe to sell my 81 year old aunts house because she was moving out of state. Joe treated my aunt with the utmost respect and made her feel very comfortable during that stressfull time of her life.
