Working with Seabury Hill Realtors proved to be a complete waste of time. Sarah Beth is incompetent at her job and only returned my calls after I contacted her boss Jack. I contacted her on Tuesday and she responded with a text message stating that she "left her phone in a rental apartment and was not able to get it." That shouldve been my first warning sign, if she is that careless and has no regards for current tenants, working with a future client isnt something she can manage very well. Wednesday I got another text asking if I was interested in seeing a one bedroom apartment, when I specifically requested a 2 bedroom - obviously she wasnt taking any interest in what I needed, because next she recommended I look at the listing on their website and tell her what properties I would like to see. Had she bothered to spend 10 minutes on the phone with me, either by picking up my calls or returning them, I couldve told her from day one the properties I was interested in, but turns out the listings on Seabury Hill Realtors website is not accurate either. Thursday she sends me a listing from another agent that turns out to be completely invalid. Friday was my last full day in town to look for an apartment and that was the second time I had to call Jack and tell him how completely useless Sarah Beth has been in my search, as the owner he apologizes profusely but that doesnt help the fact that I have wasted days with his employee. He then squeezes me in and is able to show me a single property on Lyon Street where the floor of the apartment on the fourth floor is completely slanted. Sarah Beth then contacts me to try and show me some houses on Saturday morning, I reluctantly agree and forgo meeting with any other potential realtors to see some of the other listings on SBRs website. Unfortunately for me, she calls me about a half hour before our first scheduled meeting to let me know that she was unable to give the current tenants enough notice to take me to one of the listings (which couldve been avoided if she had returned just one of my phone calls earlier in the week), another one that was on the website as allowing dogs had changed its status to no pets at all, and the third that was listed online was no longer available. Thats when I called Jack a third time and told him that Sarah Beth was doing his company a great disservice. Save your time and keep calm by working with another Realtor group.

Courtney Ciesla is a waste of time. I was first shown pictures of an apartment over my budget (and of course I fell in love with it) but had to decline. Then I was shown pictures of an apartment in my budget which I fell for and wanted to put an application on before it could be taken. I was told I could not put an application on an apartment I have not seen, but when I do Ill have priority. So we made an apt for Saturday (originally I wanted to go see apartments on Tuesday but she wasnt available, then wed morning I had last minute availability but she did not return my email until 6:30pm) it is Saturday and she informs me 1 hour before our appointment (15 min before I leave my house) that the apartment has an application on it. Its so annoying to get my newborn ready to be packed into the car and on about an hour drive just to be told last min, the apartment I wanted to secure days before is taken. Such A waste of time. Highly upset.

The key qualities to being a successful realtor are the same as any profession - Be knowledgable, Give 110%, Strong Communication Skills and Truly love what you do. - Jack is the gold standard example of this. I tried five other realtors before I was lucky enough to find Jack. He is the only one that went the extra mile and cared enough to listen to my concerns, give me his honest opinion without any fluff, and do what needed to be done to sell my home (in record time in a tough market). When someone really loves their job it shines through in everything they do and I just cant speak highly enough about Jack in this regard. Not one other realtor made the house look so spectacular for showings. No one else was willing to be there for me and quickly return my calls. I cant say enough good things about Jacks character and his professional work ethic. Thank you Jack for a all-star job

Roseann helped me find the perfect apartment! She was helpful, sweet, responsive, and so unbelievably patient. I give her all the credit for the apartment as she very much pushed for me and my roommates. She also made the time for viewings, which was so helpful. I would 100% recommend her to anyone trying to find an apartment!

Roseann was wonderful to work with! She was kind, helpful, genuine, proactive and well informed throughout the entire process of my out-of-state apartment search. She went above and beyond to move things quickly when I liked an apartment and made me feel like priority in the midst of a busy rental season. Thank you!!!

Roseann is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, which made my apartment search much easier than I ever thought it could be! She went out of her way to make sure I found the perfect place and was patient and responsive even though she was in the middle of a very busy rental season. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
