Ohhhhh lets begin? This is by far the most ruthless scumbag realty agent we have ever dealt with. Completely unethical, direly unforgiving, and brutal misgivings. Those are quite strong reviews? But hey JOHN PERRIELLO the "owner" and lead broker/agent of century 21s Southingtons agency; you are the impirmiy of unethical greed. A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AND BUYER/BROKER/ ANY WALK OF LIFE IS BEWARE! I mean really John, how low you could you possibly go? Without pointing fingers at your blatently "legal" theft? I mean who cares about the courts when your theft was in paper? Its rather Interesting to see how youd even defend yourself as a realtor, as a broker, and you know what? As a human being. Im warning all google viewers explicitly to avoid him and his agency who do not want to watch their cash burn, quite listerally, in front of their face. You want a battle? Ill give you a war. Mark my words, oh and publicly at that.

Not very imoressed today. An appt. Was made for 11-11:15 to see my home. I was outside since 10 waiting ,talking with neighbors, the agent never showed up, I eatched them come by my house ride around and I waved. The,agents excuse was she.went to the wrong house. A giod agent: 1)-checks the address in the doc sheet and knows ehere they are taking their client 2) if its a free standing condo on the docs, why woukd you bring them to a duplex 3) if you went to a house and the cwners didnt answer, would you not call the homeowners agency right away so they could ,call the home owner before you leave. Homeowners oay good monies for agents to show their house we dont have time for no shows or incompetent mistakes. Our time is,valuable too!!

I highly recommend John Perriello as your real estate agent. He is honest and straightforward about all the procedures/disclosures involved with the sale of your home. I was having no luck for 6 months selling my home under a different broker until I contacted John. I explained my situation to him, that I was in hardship and needed to do a short sale, and he listed the home as a short sale listing to give any buyer full disclosure. My previous broker didnt honestly list the home as a short sale so we lost a buyer. John knows that the only way to run real estate sales is with honest disclosure, so choose him as your agent!

But, the most important thing, this is a family run business, and for them it is not just about making a profit, they really care, they always do the right thing, all the time.

What a horrible home buying experience. The agent was never getting back to us and then was not upfront about the property we wanted to purchase. The agent was never clear and precise about anything. Really disappointed with the whole experience
