We contacted Rudy to discuss listing our parents home who are 87 and 88. Rudy responded the same day and within 48 hours we had a listing appointment scheduled. My parents were very emotional about moving but knew they could no longer stay in their home of 53 years. Rudy was very patient and understanding with them, explaining the process several times and assuring them he would personally supervise the sale from listing to close.
