We had been having some difficulty selling our home even though it was a fairly new home in a great neighborhood. After parting ways with our agent, we turned to the Washington Agencys Tony Gioia. The amount of work that Tony and others in his office put in was a marked difference! The number of showings in the first month alone equaled our total of showings in the previous six months with our prior agent. The follow up was outstanding with written feedback received after each and every showing. Access to my agent is important and it was easy and the response was always fast. The effort put into open houses was also a huge improvement. Coming from a sales background (30 years), I have experienced realtors that are "order takers." Tony and his team are actual sales people, not simply order takers. We received a total of three offers and considering how difficult it can be to sell a house in CT right now, that was impressive. There is a reason why these folks sell more houses in the Torrington area than other realtors and my wife and I would highly recommend them!

I was in a difficult situation, selling my parents home, but living out of state - two days drive out of state. I worked with Nancy Perez and she made sure the house got sold. She was realistic, but followed my lead when it was important to me. We had one offer fall apart that no one could have foreseen, but she pushed the buyers lender to keep things moving and let me know where the process was and when it was doomed. The eventual crazy end (on the buyers side) meant the deal fell through, but she very quickly found another buyer which resulted in the sale. Nancy was up front, attentive, and available. Could not have asked for a better representative during a difficult time period.

I was asking about a certain house thats on the market, we played phone tag a couple of times no one ever seemed to be in the office when we finally spoke she was very curt like I was disturbing her and at the end of the conversation she all but hung up on me.
