Called Carozza as they had sold my aunts house (5 per cent commision)last year, and my father needed to sell his house this year. I live in CT but up the coast. I had initially called Carozza with my Dad and Chris came and was aggressive with his sales pitch. My Dad waited a bit and I found out afterwards my Dad had signed on with Carozza. I was not impressed from then on, Chris certainly did not have my Dads back so to say; who had been hospitalized and was having some issues, so he needed to sell his house. Fortunately the house sold quickly with another lovely, kind, thoughtful, realtor making the sale. The house closed with my Dads lawyer writing it up and we thought it went smoothly. Apparently 5 percent is going rate and thats what went through on all the paper work. A month or so later my dad got a bill for another 1 percent. Chris charged him 6 percent commission. This being said I would not recommend Carozza to anyone, and am sorry I ever called them in the first place. Do believe Chris took advantage of my dad and certainly did not have his best interest in mind, only his own pocket.

There is no other Real Estate Group I would ever use again but The Carozza Realty Group. They helped me sell my home and buy another. The depth an breadth of knowledge they have about Southern Fairfield County and real estate in general made me feel I was in good hands. When ever money is involved make sure you use the right people. They are the right people.
