If you need to know the definition of unprofessional no need to search in Websters, simply visit Keller Williams in the Bronx. The agents I have been in contact with dont even know the simple rules of ethics when dealing with the seller or their tenants. The listing agent Luis Fernandez has no control over his team. Do not list with them. They have never spoke to the tenants once, they do not care that the landlord is in desperate need to sell. It seems that they would rather drag it out as long as possible opting to evict the tenants which could take up to 15 months rather than do the common "cash for keys". Every professional agent knows that "cash for keys" is the better option, saving the seller time and money in the long run. The seller has already waited almost a year. Selfish.... In dealing with the tenants, the agents have come to the house, with no permission, with my under age daughter home alone, insisting that they should be allowed in our house, which is clearly a violation. Again, where do these agents get their training? They showed up again this morning, this time coming into my house, without permission, and awakening my other daughter who was half naked since she was asleep. And wait.... they continued to show the house, knowing they just barged in!
