I worked with Michelle and Christine on the sale of my fathers house in Saratoga, after he passed away in 2015. Michelle and Christine worked with us from the beginning of our process of fixing up the house for sale, and were a huge help in letting us know the best repairs to make and which ones were not worth the money. They were very knowledgable about the other homes in our neighborhood and how our house stacked up to them, and I always felt very confident with their advice and experience. They were extremely efficient and responsive, and always made me feel that we could come to them with any questions. They were also extremely helpful as local resources, as both my sister and I are no longer local to the area and even once, Michelle and Christine arranged for police to check on the house (when the wind had blown the storm door open; nothing was amiss but since the house was unoccupied, we thought itd be most prudent to check anyway). The house was priced perfectly and we got an offer at almost exactly what wed asked for, after the house had been on the market for just four days in the dead of winter holidays. I am extremely impressed with Michelle and Christine and their team at Roohan, and would recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking to sell or purchase a home.
