We were in a time crunch and needed to have our house on the market immediately and sold within 6 weeks. Scott gave us confidence that he would work hard to make that happen. And he did, we had an acceptable offer in less than 3 weeks! He offered staging ideas and provided a professional photographer that made our home show beautifully. Deciding to sell your home is always an emotional time, and the addition of a hurried time frame can cause even greater anxiety. I was not the easiest client; I had lots of questions and concerns with whether we would meet the 6 week deadline. Scott never gave up believing that it would happen. He was very patient with us and was always available to speak or text with, no matter the day or time. He negotiated a great deal for us, offering us his honest opinion on pros and cons of the negotiation process. We never felt pressured or hassled by him. His team was very professional and eager to help. Not only do we now have a wonderful new home, we have a friend in Scott. We would recommend him without any reservations.

We used one of Scotts agents as our realtor for the purchse of our new construction home at Beaver Pond Village. It was frankly a mistake ... We should have known not to use a dual agent working for both ourselves and the builder... Support from the agent for selections for the new house actually went well (tile, siding, floors, plumbing stuff etc etc) but support for every other aspect of the Real Estate transaction was noticeable by its absence... In the most critical phase of the purchase (final 2 months before closing) I deliberately avoided the Realtor and dealt directly with the Builder ... To top it all off, after closing (and collecting $25k in commission) Scotts team did not even bother to call us or send us a congratulations card on the purchase of our home.
