Kenny Sattaur and his team are absolutely top notch. The experience was amazing, and his staff are absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was compelled to write this review after seeing "R" write his bad review... When I was interviewing brokers, all of them were taking the listing for 12 months so it seems to be the norm. Probably someone who didnt even use Kennys services. I can tell you that Kenny will give your listing full attention and professional service. I will be recommending Kenny to all of my friends and family with confidence.

Very bad experience. Read your contracts when signing with this company. If your contract is for 9 months then that should be a red flag. No contract should be for 9 months. If the agent you list your home with wants you to be in contract with them for 9 months ask yourself why.
