I cant say enough good things about Dave! Ive now been in my new home for a few days and it wouldnt have been possible without him. I was a first time home buyer with pretty much every question in the book. Dave took me under his wing and walked me thru every step of the process. He set me up with what I called my "Dream Team" (my attorney and mortgage broker) whom I would have been lost without as well. To make my story more complicated I was using a VA loan, but it didnt make Dave flinch at all. From the start Dave was always honest about the homes he was taking me to see, we were able to chat about the homes like he was a buyer as well. Between the time we made an offer on the house and when we closed, Dave always took my calls or made time for me. It often felt like I was his only client, although I def. was not. Bottom line, Dave knows his stuff, he is a trust worthy guy who will be there for you from start to finish!
