I used George based on a recommendation and I have absolutely no regrets. I have used brokers in the past and have not been entirely comfortable with the experience. Some brokers that have shown me 19 places in one day and only one even vaguely fit my criteria. George, however, was quite the opposite and working with him was very refreshing. He paid attention to what I had requested and every single apartment that he showed me was one that I seriously considered renting. He went far beyond what I expected of a broker, checking in periodically to see what he could help out with, negotiating frequently on my behalf, coming with me to my lease signing and answering questions even after I had signed the lease. In fact, one of the building agents mentioned to me that he was one of the most dedicated brokers she had seen. It has been a pleasure working with George and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in New York.

Bo Gorman was the answer to our prayers!! My fiance and I recently worked with Bo in our search for a new apartment and could not have been happier with our results. We initially came to Bo with nothing more than a budget and a location and he was able to ask all the right questions to help determine the best fit for us. Over the course of the afternoon he showed us a wide variety of apartments that gave us a good sense of the market and allowed us to weigh all of our options. Throughout the process he was honest, attentive, and a pleasure to spend the day with. Thanks to Bo we are now in an amazing apartment that has exceeded our expectations of what we thought we could find within our budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We recently met with Ursula from Anchor associates. She was very friendly, and from the outset her demeanor said that she was more interested in finding us an apartment that would work for us than just collecting a commission and going home. She had a long list of apartments for us to see, all of which were good, but in different ways, which gave us a chance to decide which features we liked best. She was able to tell us about the different management companies that ran each property and their policies, which was helpful in preparing for what we would need to put an application in. She was also very quick and planned out a good route, which allowed us to see a lot of different apartments in a short time. Overall, a great experience.

Bo Gorman -Highly Recommended. Ive dealt with a number of brokers in the NYC area over the past four years and I can honestly say that my experience working with Bo was the least traumatizing that Ive had. The caliber of service and the honesty he provided were stellar and not common among many brokers in this market. After seeing twenty apartments, I met with Bo and he showed the apartment I ended up with. He was upfront regarding the required next steps and any potential negotiations and he worked to finalize the deal as quickly and efficiently as possible. I highly recommend Bo Gorman if you want a broker who is knowledgeable of the market, to the point and who listens to his clients in order to show them what they are seeking.

Natalia Stoyanova is fantastic! I was looking for a no fee apartment and had no idea about where to live in Manhattan. Natalia took the time to show me as many properties as possible and informed me about the areas, taking into consideration our lifestyle and budget. I think she would have showed me many more if there were more hours in the day! She really cares for her clients and wants to get the best for them. Best of all, Natalia is very honest in a market where there is very little honesty. I highly recommend her.

Natalia Stoyanova from Anchor Associates was a terrific help when we were renting an apartment recently in NYC. Of all the real estate brokers we contacted she was by far the most responsive and attentive to our needs. Based on our requirements she identified a range of options that satisfied our needs and helped us quickly and easily sort through the options to make a decision. Chris Balazs was the most prepared and amazing agent I could have asked for. I was doing a very stressful location move from Nashville and he opened a whole entire day for me. He was prepared by area what to show me by my preference. I now have the perfect studio and had the most easy experience finding it because of Chris. I recommend him above ALL!!

Chris Balazs is the best agent I have ever worked with in New York. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very straight forward. He also showed me over 15 places and never once pressured me to sign a lease. (I eventually did.) He is great and I highly recommend contacting him.
