This review is for Samantha Freire, an agent with Modern Spaces NYC who helped my roommate and I finally find an apartment. We looked for a month and a half, had brokers lie, fluff it up, just to take my application fee and keep it. Than we had brokers who just didnt get back to us. I called Samantha and immediately felt like someone was finally listening. Not only did Samantha Freire help us get an apartment, it was the first one she showed us, no sugar coating with her and she does whatever she says she will. After working with real estate brokers for years I can honestly say Samantha knows her inventory and actually listens to her clients on what they need and what their situation is. Samantha Freire at Modern Spaces NYC did in one day what no broker could do for me in a month... Also she does not FORCE you into something by showing you the worst things she has. She gets you what you ask for.

I cant rate the entire agency but i did have a brief encounter with Talia Pulver, who was not pushy and gave me some information that was of no benefit to her and saved me from overpaying for a no fee apt. After dealing with aome terrible brokers, this was much appretiated.

These guys are great! My agent was very knowledgeable about the area, even suggest some great local restaurants...This was the 2nd year in a row ive used them and would highly suggest using them again...
