Family friend moved to New York from Europe and my mother asked me to assist the best I can since I have knowledge about Real Estate. Came from Florida for 5 days to seal the deal, see New York, and go back. After multiple calls and meeting with agents I realized that its not going to be that simple. I was loosing my hope to find something decent, at a decent price in a safer area. Time was passing by and I could not find anything that would not be a rip off. Two days before leaving I found Elite Connect.Noticed right away that they are very professional, dedicated and on point. I got lucky to get a great agent also-Iuliana who explained me what is the best way, how to take the shortcuts and she got me in touch with the owner right away. I saw the apartment the same day and the second day finalized the paperwork and DONE. It was like having a friend that works in real estate NY and got us the best deal. I sincerely want to thank Elite Connect and In particular to Iuliana, who I will recommend to anyone that I know wants to move to NY for outstanding service. And got to spend more time with my friends in NY. Was a win- win situation.

Have to give credit where credit is due. Ive been using a different real estate company to sell my home. All my offers (the few I got) were all under asking price and the company was telling me I wont get more and I should take a loss and sell. Luckily a friend referred me to Elite connect and said what more do I have to lose so after my contract date expired with the other company I called up Elite Connect and from the very first phone call I felt like Im actually dealing with knowledgeable people. The offers started coming in quick and the best part is they not only got me my asking price, they ended up having a buyer make an offer above asking price. Thank you Elite Connect for everything you have done. You have went above and beyond to make this the smoothest sale of my home.

This is the worst service and criminal behavior I have ever seen in a real estate company. WE paid them $10,000 for 75 Confirmed appointments with agents for hiring purposes and also they agreed to call expireds and FSBOs for us "as a bonus". We have only received about 25 confirmed appointments and only hired 3 Realtors, only one of which produces anything. For Expireds and FSBOs we have only received a few leads, nothing in the last 6 months, only one produced a closed sale, so we have only recovered less than 25% of what we paid them for. Several requests to start sending us leads again to Chris Moriarty (supposedly Exec VPof the company) have gone unanswered. Do NOT give them any of your money. This is a total SCAM outfit.

The Elite Connect team is by far the best team I have encountered and have been a part of. The owners, Mike and Vladi, really take the time to help their agents and to train them to become as successful as they can be. The agents are aggressive to sell your home and will do everything in their power to get you top dollar. In such a short time, the company has grown so much, in regards to agents and listings, as well as training. In fact, the owners are even willing to go on listing appointments with their salespersons to teach them how to better communicate with clients. Moreover, the most important thing about the Elite team is that they are truly a team, and Im honored to be a part of this core group.

Vladi and Elena are superb, fantastic, intelligent, respectful I can go on and on. They professionalism is really terrific. They treated my tenants with the utmost respect. Selling the house was 100% painless. Paper work simple. Elena staged my house like the pro she is. They got my tenant to North Carolina in a chauffeur driven BMW. What more is there to say. All I can tell you is that the one-on-one personal care is really breathtaking. You would never get such attention from large real estate companies.
