Me: 1, just like the ad that is posted. I had a question about thi.... RR: What is your budget? Me: Well, the price listed in the online ad. RR: What is your credit score? Me: Very good. RR: You dont know the score? Me: No, but I just want to know some details about this apartment, to see if this is something that I am looking for. RR: Im not an agent, Im just writing down your information so an agent can call you. Me: I am only interested in this apartment. I just want to know if they allow pets. RR: Im not an agent. -- RR hangs up --- I tried to call them back at least 5 times, but was hung up on each time. Nice... RR will not be getting my "fee"... next.

My experience wasnt exactly 5 star (thus i gave 4) . To explain: I initially used my credit and was turned away because my student loans lowered my credit so i got my mom to co-sign cuz she has better credit and the landlord was fine with that. It seems like some of his buildings he deals with are on a level of only accepting high credit, which is good if you want to be living in a "nice" building. I do know he deals with buildings that take lower credit but those apartment naturally get taken very quickly. I was told by Josh That some of the pictures in the posting are of apartments they carry or recently carry to give you an idea of what kinda places they can show you. I wouldnt discourage friends or family to go to JB . they means well, and hey mistakes might happen but like every one else they are human

Ugh. Incredibly frustrating. The apartment was listed as "no fee" but the landlord magically called immediately before signing to change his mind. Meanwhile, they require you to sign a document agreeing that they will keep your deposit in the event you change your mind, comforting you by saying you only have to put up $500 to take the property off the market. I only give 2 stars because the poor guy doing the showing seemed sincere enough, it was his colleague during the application process who attempted the switcheroo. I dont know if they were attempting some good cop/ bad cop routine, but she was incredibly rude. Approach with caution. They prove the adage "Anything that seems too good to be true, probably is."

I came in for an apartment on Tuesday after trying many other real estate offices. Josh had an agent show me 2 different apartments. Although the first one fell through due to my credit, the second one went through without a glitch. Getting my apartment was an overall great experience with JB Realty!

I actually have never been more satisfied with a realtor. Josh showed me a few apartments and after deciding on one, he processed my application in a timely manner. I recommend JB Realty ( especialy Josh) to anyone looking for an apartment. P.s Tell him, Paul referred you

These people are pushy and lie to you every step of the way. Especially avoid the broker -he is truly a nightmare. He called me multiple times at 9:30 at night to check about when I would pay the deposit. Run far far away from this business. FInd a better reality agency.
