Shady. After as I was interested in a house, they pulled the "oh, its sold as-is". The house I was interested was originally $114k. After an inspection, we pulled out of the house. Now the house is being sold for $67k. Also, this was the company my mother dealt with during the housing bubble crisis in the 90s. This company offered 3 houses to my mother and said pick one. My mother reluctantly picked one and the house ended up needing massive repairs to the water/sewage pipes. She didnt have the money and later foreclosed on the property. I didnt realize it was the same company until my brother pointed it out half-way through my home inspection.

Ronnie was the seller in a foreclosure deal and the maintenance of the property which was run through her, was horrific. When we finally got the home in the dead of winter, after an 8 month delay, there was a foot of solid ice in the driveway in which we couldnt even enter and she could care less and was actually nasty about it. Sorry find someone to work with who actually cares.
