I can only speak of the agent which I had dealings with. If you are a buyer and Resham Sethi is your point of contact, run. I cant state it in any other way. She is extremely unprofessional, she does not have your best interest, and she will go on and on about her own accomplishments (first hint that she is not going to have your interests in mind). I had a meeting with her a few weeks ago where she had her son (around age 8) sit in the meeting to play with his toys. I can understand there are extraneous circumstances at times, but, throughout the meeting her son constantly interrupted, and placed all his toys on the meeting desk itself. A follow up meeting with her lead to her constantly checking her personal emails during the meeting, not to mention her telling us how the CEO of Weichart has invited her to a luncheon. She may have a nice poster sitting outside some new developments, but believe me she is not the only realtor in the pool. Go with someone else inside the agency, or go with a completely different agency altogether. If you wish to be judged because youre not buying a million dollar home, if you wish to put your interests in the hands of someone who does not care for you, well then, best of luck to you.

STAY AWAY FROM RESHAM SETHI. One of the most unprofessional, self centered, egotistical real estate agents I have ever dealt with. I am so glad we can share our experiences with the cyber world, so we can help protect each other in the real world. I can look beyond the heavy accent, I can get past the pounds of make up, I can forget the fact that she was dressed in overly low cut, tight club dresses my daughter may have worn in college, heck I can even get past the untimely manner in which she carries herself (late to meetings, not very responsive via email), BUT what I will not over look is her judgmental, and not so approachable/personable character. I will spare her the complete embarrassment and not share some of the comments she made to us, but it was along the lines of "youre not spending enough for me". If you actually care about your purchase (and I am speaking as a buyer), go elsewhere. Its a complete joke that this company gave her a promotion. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR INTERESTS AT ALL.

Recently I sold and purchased a home and had a great experience with the Weichert Office in Fort Lee. I felt the service was attentive and they were very responsive to my needs. I had two realtors - Amy Egizi and Resham Sethi;they both were great. I was nervous about selling and buying at a home the same time, but they made me feel comfortable and guided me through the process. Initially, I wanted to find a home first and then sell but they assured me that would be a mistake - as I would end up selling for less and paying more for my new house. I was skeptical at first, but I actually got multiple offers on my old home at and over asking price and saved a few thousand dollars when I purchased my condo. Thanks guys, I appreciate all your help!!!!

I would say 90% of the realtors that works here are big time scam artists. I understand their commissions are important to them but they would say and do anything to make that sale. I caught them contradict themselves a few times just to pressure me into making this deal happen. The realtors that I dealt with were not very honest and try to pressure you into make the wrong decision so they can make a few dollar more on their commission. I understand in this kind of business lying goes a long way but being honest is much more important and will be more profitable in the long run. In the end I went with another agency for the same listing because they were more upfront and helpful.

UNETHICAL & CRIMINAL. Raul Ruisanchez, the broker gave us the runaround on one of their exclusive listings. They kept pushing us to bid higher and higher, saying there were other offers. We were in contract, we ordered inspection early as told by them. All this while they were still fielding offers, using ours as leverage. We were left high and dry with the inspection fees. We are filing a complaint with the NJ Real Estate Commission.

Worst brokers ever. Very rude. No people skills, no negotiating skills, unaware of market, not fully knowledgeable about product they are selling, only interested in their commission, badly dressed, bad breath, hair styles from decades ago, late to appointments.
