Kelly Canuet is the best real estate agent you will ever have, PERIOD! Shes very responsive to phone calls and text messages at all times during the day and week. This is exactly what you want in a real estate agent. Had it not been for her dedication to her job and quick response time we may not have one the bidding war on the house we bought. Right from the beginning I could tell she was low pressure towards making a decision on a house and she genuinely wanted my finance and I to find the perfect house, which we did. As first time home buyers and new residents to the capitol region I was very pleased that she knew all the contacts for home inspections, lawyers, electricians, & finance. I cant thank her enough and hope to work again with her in the future. :)

Kevin Clancy Real estate has been great to us during the stressful process of selling our home in a short time frame and an iffy market. Kevin and his operations manager Kristen are always quick to respond to email or phone calls to respond to any questions, no matter how trivial they seem. Due to their diligence we are closing on our house in about half the average on market time for the neighborhood. Wayne Carignan was wonderful to work with . My over all experience with Clancy realty was great. At our initial meeting Wayne had a lot of good suggestions for making our home more presentable. Wayne was always giving me feedback from indivdual showings. Had a list of contractors that would do improvements. Our house was on the market about three months . The price we settled on was fair. I would recommend Clancy Realty and Wayne Carignan to anyone looking to sell their home.

Found this house ourselves and bought it early this year. Overall the experience was very positive, but thought that the negotiation could be better. The details that were pointed out that should be fixed prior to purchase were not taken care. Clancy was more pro to sellers, since they were sellers agent. completely understand the situation. Response was impressive. very quick. process was also quick.
