Either this business has some incompetant agents or they are doing back door deals. Its seems like Villa Re/Max is run hands off without effective management in place at all. Agents do what they want without following company policy. The agency does not have effective escalation mechanism and no management I could get in touch with. I was trying to buy a property through them listed by Carl M, but despite repeated calls emails and texts other than wasting my time waiting for agent that never showed up, I got little response on a bank owned property. Response to Responder: 1. We agreed about time, Carl did not show up and did not respond to my texts and calls until I said that I will leave bad feedback on Zillow. 2. If you are saying that some other agent could have helped me, why no one contacted me? Carl and your office had my number. The way Carl acted being disinterested and non motivated and you the owner did not contact me, suggest to me one thing; you did a side deal, not letting all buyers put in offers.

BEWARE OF CYNTHIA SAMSON!!-- While I cant speak for Re/Max as a whole, they employ the most unintelligent, careless, and unprofessional agent named Cynthia Samson. To sum up, she pulled the WRONG credit report of my spouse, did not tell us of the information she found even though he asked; ignored ALL emails and phone calls for 3 days until I had to call her supervisor (who helped a LOT)! She then answered 3 days later at 630pm to tell us about the report, but before that made us contact all our previous landlords (who called her and could not reach her). Why have us call the landlords if the credit report (even though it was wrong) showed too low a score to rent to the apt?!!?! The owner assumed we had bad credit and we missed out on a beautiful apt because of her!! Also, her boss was EXTREMELY unhappy with her and tried to convince us to work with them again, but no...it was possibly the most frustrating experience of my life. DO NOT WORK WITH CYNTHIA SAMSON!!!

Cynthia Samson has helped me tremendously with all my real estate properties. I am an absentee landlord living out of state and Cynthia has been doing a wonderful job of managing all of my rental properties. She has recently leased out one of my apartments within a two week time period, She executes thorough credit checks with any new tenants, so I dont have to worry about unqualified tenants. I have also referred her to my friends and they have all been pleased with her performance as a real estate professional. She also helps with property management issues when I am not available. Thank you Cynthia for all your work!! You are one of the best!!

Our agent was Hongmi Hoog who rented us a unit at 25 Hudson. We had an absentee owner who doesnt take care of issues and makes others do his dirty work by threatening tenants. Renter Beware.
