As a home owner in South Slope/Greenwood Heights, Ive been working with Century 21 for quite sometime. My interactions with the staff have always been professional and friendly. Ive worked extensively with Firas who is extremely knowledgeable about the market and trends in Brooklyn and other areas. Hes reliable, very accommodating and understands the landlord-tenant balance. Ive come to depend on his thoroughness of process, tenacity and ability to bring the human element to the real estate process. Ive had positive outcomes and always enjoy working with Firas!

Working with Firas was by far the best apartment hunting experience Ive ever had. He helped me find an amazing apartment (and a great deal!), and was extremely responsive and professional. It took just one day from viewing the apartment for me to be approved, and within days of first seeing the place I had keys and an executed lease. I could not have asked for a better process -- it was far above than anything I have dealt with in NY real estate. Definitely recommend!

My family and I just had an amazing rental experience with Firas. He was honest, dependable and consistent. I called him at 8 p.m. about our apartment and by 9 a.m. the next day we were viewing our new apartment. The process was smooth, very easy to complete and by the end of the day we were signing leases. We have lived in Brooklyn for over 10 years and have had some very bad broker experiences.
