I purchased my first home through a kind and patient agent named Ryan D. at Calabrese Realty. He was a guide and a partner throughout the daunting and often frustrating process of finding the right house that I felt comfortable making my home. Always responsive and attentive, he provided advice and insight that proved invaluable especially throughout the closing process. I would strongly recommend that you disregard the other one star reviews on here and find out for yourself what a wonderful group of people make up the team at Calabrese Realty.

Worst real estate agency. They dont due their due diligence resulting in criminals as your renters. A background check was requested for a possible renter, as a result the renter failed to pay rent for more than 3 months. When owner conducted their own search they discovered the renter had a criminal record and was a sex offender. Now pursuing charges against real estate and shady owner who is apparently connected to the mob as well. Surprise surprise.

My wife, our newborn child and our two large dogs were in desperate need to find a good size home in the right neighborhood. Calabrese Realty, Ryan DErrico in particular, couldnt have been more of a help. His knowledge, courtesy and patience was extremely advantageous to first time house buyers like us. I highly recommend Ryan, and Calabrese realty, to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Calabrese realty is your stereotypical NJ shady business owned by the Mayors family. From what I gather, lots of shady business going on there (e.g., builder using Calabrese Realty as an agent in exchange for passing the building inspection).
