I tried dealing with these people before around October or so. I clearly stated what my maximum budget was and he told me he had 2 units to show me. I get to the office for the viewing with both my daughter and girlfriend in tow and 1/2 and hour later Charles shows up. He then proceeds to show us 2 apartments that are OVER my budget 1 of which was disturbing and i showed him the many problems with the apartment. The other was even more over our budget. If that was the end of it i would simply say he didnt have what we wanted. However over the course of the next 6 days they proceeded to call my girlfriends # at least 2x a day sometimes 3. Finally i had to call them and let them know they were no longer allowed to reach out to us at all if i saw an ad for an apartment they were representing Id contact them. That still didnt stop it, so i had to show up at their office ask to see my application i filled out so i could make a correction and physically tear it up into small pieces and take it with me. How do these people stay in business?

I rented my current apartment through them and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Bay Ridge. I dealt with Annette and Adam and can honestly say that she had the biggest inventory of about half a dozen brokers Ive seen in the area. It took me about four afternoons (well past the work hours) before I settled on a place (several places I liked had an application on them in front of me) and I saw the entire spectrum from the bottom of my price range to the top and then some. I must have seen well over a dozen places. I must say that when I started the search I had no idea of what one can get for a certain prices range and by the end of my fourth day with Annette I knew exactly what I was looking for and when I saw my current place I knew I would not do much better. She negotiated down the landlords offer for me and helped me with an application process (which is important depending on your employment situation). 5 STARS!

Horrible horrible horrible - dealt with Charles - does not care about your time - refuses to give general idea of where the apartment are located- l understand not the exact idea but give me cross streets. This man cares nothing about the client and would prefer to walk 10 blocks then move his car from his parking spot knowing some people are on a time crunch and have very busy hectic schedules. O and do not go with a friend or family member he will ask you 20 times who the apartment is for and to make sure no one else is going to live with you. Never had such a horrific experience with a broker!!!

I finally found the apartment I was looking for with Charlie. He had this inventory of apartments/contacts in his head and knew where to go in order to find a place that accepted dogs and in my budget. He is very nice and because hes been in business for many years he knew the property owners personally and showed me places that many of the other real-estate offices did not have. He negotiated with the landlord to allow me to move my stuff in early and helped me activate all of my utilities. I highly recommend Charlie.

I am writing this review from my spacious new apartment that I was able to get thanks to Charles defiantly. He was very helpful in accommodating my work schedule and he was able meet with me after hours and on the weekends, and when we met he only showed me apartments that were in my price range with the features that I wanted. I am very thankful for his help and making my search for an apartment a breeze! and I would defiantly recommend 1st Premier Realty Network and Charles defiantly to anyone.

Worst experience ever dealing with 1st Premier realty. We dealt with a broker who calls himself Adam. For our first appointment, he showed hungover with alcohol on his breath. He reluctantly showed us two apartments and used his typical broker tricks to get us sign a lease quickly as if those were the last two apts in Brooklyn. He was extremely rude to us. If you are looking for a "professional" agency to find you a place to rent, please look some where else.

I was looking for an apartment in Bay Ridge over the summer. Annette is the only agent who was willing to start looking well in advance of my move date. Other realities did not even call back. Annette was a pleasure to deal with and after sorting out what was best for me I found my apartment and garage through her. I highly recommend this establishment.
