Estaba buscando un representante de bienes raicez el cual me tratara como se debe, con respeto y sin calificarme. Finalmente encontre todo en un solo lugar y con una sola persona. Martin Bianchi de Century 21 en Hasbrouck Heights. Me mude a US desde Colombia varios años atras, y en la mayoria de las agencias encontre una fuerte resistencia debido a diferentes factores. Martin no solo me mostro varias propiedades acorde a mis necesidades, sino que me ayudo a entender la diferencia entre un departament en un edificio cooperativo y condominio, me puso en contacto con especialistas en prestamos de dos diferentes bancos y me mantuvo actualizado. Basicamente Martin puso mucha a gente a trabajar para cubrir mis necesidades. Ya tengo aprovado mi prestamo, y espero proceder tan pronto como pueda. Definitivamente recomendaria a Martin Bianchi, un agente en el cual se puede confiar.

We recently purchased a home in Bergen County and Martin Bianchi of Century 21 Eudan was our realtor. From our very first conversation, I found Martin to be a take-charge person who was eager to go the extra mile to help us. We gave him our criteria for a home, and he hit it right on the mark. He showed us exactly the type of homes we wanted to see, and within our budget. We ended up buying one of the homes Martin showed us on our first outing. Martin is not only a great realtor, but more importantly he’s an outstanding ally. He negotiated strongly on our behalf and facilitated every aspect of the transaction for us. He stepped-in whenever necessary to talk to our lender, the attorneys and the seller’s agents just to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was very responsive and always accessible by cell phone, emails and text messages. Working with Martin was a pleasure and we highly recommend him!

Called this place to help rent my apartment, what a nightmare! Our agent Joyce P. was quick and attentive to my first phone call. She came pretty much the same day to see the apartment and list it. I was so sure she would help us. We were told to sign a 6 month contract and if we were to rent the apartment without their help we would have to pay 1 months rent to them! I thought we would have no issues, trusted her and signed immediately. BiG MISTAKE!! In the 6 months time span, I may have had 6 showings in total, all of which were scheduled by other agents, not once did my agent bring someone to view. No open house, no help at ALL! Realtor would take a long time to respond to my calls and emails and sometimes not return my call at all. Very disappointed by this real-estate and will NEVER recommend or use them again.

He provided expert advice from the very beginning and stood by our side during the entire process. Hes very responsive and knowledgeable. I was interested in a buying my first house, but wasnt sure and had a lot of questions. I went to Eudan Realty with my questions and my lack of knowledge and they were patient and walked me through what to expect. I spoke with Martin Bianchi and he helped me with hesitancy and showed me some houses that he took me around to see. I dont normally write reviews but because of the time you gave me, I thought I would return the favor. Thanks for the experience!

Worst experience! Signed a 6 month contract to rent my apartment with realtor Joyce P. and only a handful of people were brought to see it. Never seen the realtor once after day we agreed to contract. She did not try at all to help with rental process, but was quick to have my wife and I sign a 6 month contract stating we cannot rent apartment elsewhere or we would be charged one months rent!!! Will never recommend or use this realtor ever.
