I used New Beginnings Realty to sell my home and negotiate the purchase of my new home. Many people told me I would not be able to sell my home as it had some interesting quirks. Not only did Patrick sell my home, from listing to closing the transaction took just 44 days. We had no less than 25 showings within five days, and received a great offer in less than a week from listing. He also help us negotiate several difficult situations when our purchase hit a snag. This is our forever home - but if we ever have to consider selling it, Im only calling New Beginnings Realty and Patrick Meehan. If you want the best realtor in Ocean County, I suggest you do too.
