(2013) As a first time buyer, I had 101 questions for Mike. Not only did he answer each and every one of them, but he took his time to explain and educate me throughout the process whether in person, on the phone, or responding to emails (promptly). Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. It was a surprisingly smooth process. Hes even taken the time to hear my questions on matters beyond our transaction in regards to possible investment property and distressed opportunities. I would recommend Mike to both the first time buyer and the seasoned real estate investor. Mikes got the contacts and the experience. Plus you can tell the guy just has a passion for the industry. He wants to be your Real Estate encyclopedia, and thats quite refreshing to see. Thank you Mike! (2015) - Mike and his Team sold our house at 8 Fox Hill Drive, Wayne, NJ in under 30 days. We were hesitant to work with someone NOT in Wayne, NJ, but we knew the Re/Max Infinity office of Secaucus had a deep network across all of North Jersey. We actually got offers before our open house and ended up with multiple offers over asking. Sold extremely quick to cash buyer and closed within 30 days of the open house. It was a surprisingly smooth process. Him and his team are very responsive and technologically savvy. Again, great Job!

Cariana has treated my husband in the most unprofessional manner I have ever seen in a real estate agent. Multiple unreturned phone calls, lack of customer service, etc. If I had a billion dollars to buy/rent a home I would not use this realtor to make a phone call for me. Very quick to take the money for the credit check - which should be returned - and then fell off the face of the earth. HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE!!! I would put zero stars (or better yet negative stars) but you cannot post without at least one star.

Remax Infinity is one of the best real estate agencies around. The Gonnelli Group consists of the most helpful, upbeat, and professional salespeople in the area. They genuinely care about their clients and are always on top of their game. Anybody you work with is so fast and efficient - it took no time for them to find me an apartment. I highly recommend using their services!!
