Took us through all the ins and outs never pressuring us at any time. Recently, it was time for us to upgrade, so we listed our home with Bill and had him find us a new one! Great experience through the entire life cycle of a home purchase. Many real estate agents seem to think their job is done once an offer is made on a new home, however Bill and team stayed in constant contact with us right through to closing. They were also on top of all of the "check list" items that many new home-buyers (read: this home buyer) arent even aware exist.
